Situated in Solana Beach, this attractive condo for $423 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our beautiful, centrally-located 3 bedroom home in the heart of Solana Beach! Walk to the beach, shops, popular restaurants and the coastal train station! Wake up to gorgeous expansive views of the Pacific Ocean every day from the living room, kitchen and private balcony. Lounge on the sofa on the balcony with friends and family, and pull out the BBQ for summer grilling all while watching the whales migrate and the dolphins swim. AC in primary bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms downstairs, plus ceiling fans throughout. This property is located in what is commonly known as Solana Beach's nicest gated community, Surfsong. Our gated community has a gorgeous pool and spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean- the pool is heated year round, which is not the case in some surrounding communities! The closest beach is Fletch Cove which is a two minute walk from our front door. There is also a great kids play ground overlooking the beach that children love to visit. Two streets over is everything downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including a plethora of delicious restaurants, our favorite coffee shops, the farmers market on Sundays, our favorite store SoLo on Cedros. Grab a yummy bite of ceviche and a fresh margarita at Alce 101 or for dinner, head to what some have claimed as the best steakhouse in San Diego, Rare Society. Claire's and Naked Cafe are both wonderful places to walk to for breakfast, and be sure to grab a coffee and perfectly flaky croissant at Lofty Coffee. Wind down with a glass of wine at Carruth's wine tasting room, a short 5 minute walk away; or if you're into beer there's a little brewery across the street. There are many healthy eats in our area, such as Flower Child, Choice Juicery, Whole Foods Market, Goodonya, and Local Greens to name a few. Rent bikes on our street and cruise down the Coastal Rail Trail to Encinitas where you can visit some of most world renown surf spots, fun bars, and great boutique shopping. There are two designated parking spots in the gated parking garage, as well as carts and an elevator for your convenience. This is such a special place and we know you will love your time here. Condo is great with full amenities within the unit and on the property, including the pool, hot tub and tennis/pickle ball courts. Proximity to the beach is a plus. Micah was responsive to communication. We will be back!

The condo is outstanding and does not need updating, as one reviewer noted. Well, maybe new pickle balls! Spacious, comfortable, amenities aplenty. Master shower was a real treat. Nearby post office can be a bit loud early in the morning for the east facing bedrooms. Terrific location, close to groceries, dining, hiking, highway, horse racing.

This condo was perfect for our family of seven. Beach, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance, even for our three-year-old grandson. We enjoyed the heated pool and tennis courts daily. Loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the deck. The condo was very well stocked and we really appreciated the sand toys for the grandchildren. We would love to return next year!

We loved everything about our stay at this property. Check-in/check-out were easy. Specific instructions were included via email and in the book in the property. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the property managers were prompt and helpful in their responses. The property is exactly as shown and clean. We loved the open layout so that we could cook or be at the table while still being able to see our kids in the living room. The kitchen is well-stocked and instructions for small appliances are very clear in the manual. The house has plenty of games/toys for kids. Linens are well stocked. There are plenty of cleaning supplies as needed. We loved being on the balcony for sunset. The views are beyond incredible. The amenities are wonderful. We were in the pool every day (all neighbors were friendly!). The location is amazing. Walkable to the beach and many downtown restaurants/shops. You are close and accessible to other areas of San Diego while not being right in the middle of it. We had an incredible stay (2 adults, 3 kids ages 4-8) and would love to stay here again!

Really was impressed by this beautiful property. It is obvious the host has put a great deal of thought into furnishing it with everything you need. Great location, spacious, very clean, and so well appointed. The host was very responsive to communication, too.

Loved the view from this property! Location to the beach was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that the condo was larger than I expected. It was also incredibly well stocked. I would stay here again.

This property is exactly as described. It has a great view, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was very clean. Furniture, beds, etc were great. The hosts of the property are amazing. They are very quickly to respond to any concern. We will definitely stay here again! Don't second guess it, just book it!

We loved watching the sunsets on the deck, the views were incredible. The condo is well stocked with beach gear and toys. Walking distance to many food options and the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great time in this lovely condo. All of the amenities were wonderful. The kitchen and its amenities were awesome!. Everything you need to cook a Great meal with all of the gadgets you need. Nice linens. Perfect weather this time of yer. Only negative comment was the post office noise very nearly in the am and no A/C in main living areas. But would stay again.

Ocean breezes made staying here a breeze, relaxing place, excellent kitchen, great showers, beautifully appointed furniture and towels. Our issue with the hard beds were answered by new mattress pads that made sleeping a pleasant experience. Thanks for great communication and prompt service to all our needs.

This condo is well appointed and has spectacular views of the Pacific ocean. Watching the sunset was a daily treat! The location is superb -- it is a two minute walk to Fletcher Cove and the beach. My son rented a wetsuit and surf board at the local surf shop -- a fifteen min. walk from the condo- and surfed daily. There are sweet restaurants and interior design stores also within walking distance and the hosts are easy to reach and do a great job of ensuring a pleasant stay.

This condo has a gorgeous view, quiet community, and super convenient neighborhood / location. Property manager was super helpful and responsive, the condo was ready early and all of the instructions were helpful for check in and check out. Our only issue was the noise from the post office trucks loading up early in the morning, but if you keep the doors / windows shut in those bedrooms it’s fine. Definitely would stay again.

We had such a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. The place was perfect for our family of 4 (kiddos ages 5 and 10) We had plenty of room (possibly more than we needed! :) ) and were all super comfortable. The place was spotless and the decor and amenities were all first rate. The hosts have really gone out of their way to provide guests with everything they need and more, from the extensive kitchen set-up, to the bedding and towels and beach gear. They were also really responsive throughout our stay. We totally enjoyed both the pool and the beach (literally a 5 minute walk) every day, and the stunning sunsets on the beachfront patio every evening. And Solana Beach is a great little community. Highly recommend. We plan to come back!

If we could give this property 6 ⭐️, we would. Everything was perfect, fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Exceptional views and access to beach and pool. Close/walking to stores, bars and restaurants. Beds are super comfortable and luxe. Kitchen is fully stocked. The spaces and layout make for a great family place, with plenty of space and options.
