This property was in a beautiful area, with a gorgeous view. Clean and homey, this is a great place to stay with everything needed within walking distance. The property manager was super accommodating and very quick to reply to any inquiries. I would definitely recommend, and would certainly come back again!

This amazing condo is in a great location close to the beach and Rotary Marsh Park. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance on Sunset Drive and the condo is very close to downtown. The view of the lake is fantastic. Neil (the owner) was a delight to deal with.

Highly recommend.I wish I could stayed longer,but this one is really popular haha.It's or first trip to Kelowna.The room has beautiful view,beach is about 5 minutes walk.The room is very clean and everything you need is ready. Host is also helpful.Smoothy check in progress.I really enjoyed this trip.

We stayed the week of our wedding with our baby & dog. Neil was very easy to get a hold of prior to arrival and during our stay. He was quite helpful when we wanted to rent the amenities room and any time we had questions. The apartment is really large and the deck has the perfect view! The bed is quite comfortable. Very handy to have laundry with a family. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location! We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The second bedroom needs updating and is dimly lit, but primary bedroom is lovely. Really enjoyed our time on the balcony!

Extremely smooth transition from booking to checking in. Host provides a wagon to assist in transporting your luggage from the parking space to the 4th floor. The unit was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Wonderful view from the balcony which overlooks the lagoon and out to the beach and lake. Communication with Neil was terrific! He was always just a text away and provided many ideas/suggestions of things to see and do in the city. This resort feel location gives you quick access to the boardwalk path and park. Many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Definitely would recommend for those wanting to see the downtown area without having to get in the car.

We stayed for four days. Communication with Neil was excellent with everything needed fully explained upfront. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything to make out stay pleasant. The waterfront view from the patio was relaxing just what was needed after s day of wine tours. Would start again if ever in the area again. Thank you

The location of this property is unbeatable! We were only there for a night but wish we could have stayed for a couple. Super quick to get anywhere downtown and the views were amazing! Super comfy, super clean and plenty of room for us, our two kids, and our friend that joined us. Communication was great, any questions I had were answered immediately and checking in and out was easy :) Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay-just what we needed! Location is perfect, lots of walking path's and near by restaurants and wineries..What I really appreciated is Neil being so accessible and eager to help in any way. Would highly recommend this condo, I have mentioned it to several friends and I will be back-hopefully in the fall.

This beautiful condo was exactly as described. The picture advertised is from it's balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking Okanagan Lake. The instructions from the host to get into the condo were very clear. The parking spot in the parkade is steps away from the entrance to the building and the unit is not far from there. There is a cart in the unit if needed. Everything you need is provided in the condo, even lawn chairs and beach towels if you want to spend time at the beach. The king bed in the master bedroom is sooo comfy! The seasonal outdoor pool is very close and the indoor/outdoor pool and games room is just beyond that. The resort is within walking distance of the downtown cultural district and many restaurants and pubs. We enjoyed our walks through the marsh right beside the resort which had boardwalks that led to the beach and beyond to the beautiful park and marina. We highly recommend this condo and would stay again. Our thanks to the host.

The property was good and as advertised less the underground parking situation. No studded tires allowed! Neil was very accommodating and was willing to help us find other parking right away and in person.

We came up from Van for our sons UBCO Graduation. The unit was great for the 4 of us and the location was perfect! Enjoyed walking the Promenade to our celebratory dinner. Neil was a great host and got back to immediately when I had questions. Would definitely recommend!

The location could not have been more perfect - we were walking distance to so many amazing shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was so beautiful - photos truly do not do this place justice. Also, the owners were so helpful and kind. I absolultely plan on coming back and booking here again.
