Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $153 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. You will love the convenience of Sunswept 302. The condo is located on the first floor next to the pool. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the south side of the complex. The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The patio has seating with a view of the pool. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies. We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd. We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is as pictured and described. It’s a short walk to the beach. The only critique is the mattress is not the most comfortable and there could be some extra wash cloths and bath towels. All in all, it was a great stay.

My husband and I booked this condo for a two day stay with our 10 year old daughter. It was perfect. The description is spot on. Easy walk to beach, we even had to go back a couple of times to make sandwiches and so forth, it is that easy. You literally step out to the pool from the patio...so if you have younger kids it is easy to watch them from the patio. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have been staying at Sunswept for several years now and have had a great time with it each year. Only thing we encountered was one gentleman that had a little too much to drink and was bothering girls at the pool and that was quickly dealt with and handled properly as soon as it was brought to their attention. We love this area and the fact that it is not as crowded as the highrise locations. We will certainly be back to visit with the friends we have made.

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. It was perfect for 2 people. Right outside of the patio door was access to the heated pool. The beach was available by gated access across the parking lot. Everyone in the complex was friendly which made the stay extra enjoyable. We were here during March break and this part of the beach was quieter than farther down near the pier. We contacted Tom the host with one issue that we thought he should look at before the next renters came in. He responded the same day which was amazing. We had a great time.

I traveled and stayed here alone. It was perfect for me. I loved being able to park at the door which made getting in and out very easy. Everything appeared to be clean and in good working order. The beach was just a quick walk away.

This is a very nice property. It was great to park right outside the units door. The beach access is good too. The unit was very well appointed with comfortable furniture and bed. The internet was fast and streamed Netflix with no problems. The cable had a good selection of channels which was great for the opening weekend of college football. We had a problem with the bathroom sink draining and I emailed the owners and it was fixed promptly. The owners were very good to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our favorite in Sunswept. We have stayed here many times! It has also had a bedding and dresser update and that was really pretty. You park right outside your unit and all amenities are very convenient. That is helpful because you can put all your beach stuff in the trunk until the next day you go out. You are about three feet from parking spot to door. You are within walking distance of Waffle House, a beach shop, and a gas station. Very quiet and family friendly. Clean condo, pool, grills, parking area, and beach. Well lit. Your bedroom opens up onto a patio with tables and chairs that overlooks the pool. This is great for grilling, chilling, and swimming. No waiting on busy elevators. The kitchen had everything we needed and Shannon does a great job getting the unit clean and ready.

First off let me start by saying we arrived EXTREMELY early and the host were gracious enough to let us in before normal check in time.(Not something to expect, but appreciated). Room was clean and in a great spot right next to pool. You can’t beat the location. Close to everything and far away enough from the madness. Highly recommend

We had great weather and everything in this unit was great as always! Clean! It is so easy to stay here that it is literally like coming down to our second home. It’s a smooth transition and we love it here! We’ll be back in May and plan to try two other units owned by the same owner in October and March! We saw a lot of creatures this time and even saw a shark egg sack, a dolphin, and tons of different fish and crabs. This is our happy place!
