This New Construction property, built in 2019, is in the heart of Ocean City, just two blocks from the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. It's a beautiful 1,100 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor. Brand new furniture, granite counter tops and tiled backsplashes, all new black stainless-steel appliances, and a kitchen island that opens up to the great room. The front deck off the living area is a great spot to relax after spending the day at the beach. With parking at a premium in this ideal location, the home offers 2 off-street parking spaces, one in the garage and one behind the garage. Just park your cars and enjoy the benefits of being steps from everything: shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, amusements, and more.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. We did have to do some cleaning when we arrived, cleaning the floors and washing the mattress covers. It was also very easy to hear the visitors upstairs walking and running around. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and nice.

I came here with my daughter and four of her friends for the week of 4th of July. The location was everything, two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The place was nice and spacious for all five of us. Would definitely like to stay here again.
