This three-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-level home is located in the beautiful community of Ocean Pines, Maryland - a great setting for vacationing families. Enter into a large, open living room, with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and access to the screened-in porch to the right. The home is in wonderful condition and nicely furnished, with TVs in every bedroom for your nighttime entertainment. There are three bedrooms to choose from - a nice-size primary bedroom, a guest room across the hall, and a bunk room that's ideal for children. Things to Know Full kitchen No smoking and no pets allowed *Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association. For more information on available package options, pricing, and pool hours, contact the Ocean Pines Association directly at 410-641-7717. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Didn’t spend a lot of time there, we were in town attending a music festival. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Pines, it’s a nice quiet community. It was a little further from the beach that out previous rentals. The floors would creek and crack when you walked on them. The outside porch furniture had black spots and smelled strongly of mildew. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable furniture. Good experience overall.

Cute house was clean but had a few issues that were reported upon arrival. They did communicate with me abd sent someone out to look at obe issue but did not take care of the other concerns we had. There was an ant problem but the house was very clean. We would stay there again.

Yard needed some TLC, house needed a deep clean, ceiling fans, toilets and under couch and chairs

This is a lovely home which had a very nice family story. I noticed a bit of deferred maintenance which could be somewhat understandable since it is being used as a rental. It was a very quite location. I feel like the furniture and rugs could use some professional cleaning.

The property itself was nice...close to alot of things to do..home had cleaning issues and parking permit issues. Dirty throw rugs..Indoor Pool not always open. Wasn't able to get in at the time we were told .

We loved the tall ceilings. The floor material was so strange. It was very squeaky. I was really looking forward to spending time on the screened in porch but it was heavily coated in pollen. The yard was neglected. But the inside was nice.
