Located in a perfect spot, close to everything, and is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I stayed for 13 days and enjoyed my stay very much, would book again

Property was clean and relaxing. Loved the porch and water view. Featured Bikes and kayaks were not quite as expected so we didn’t get to use them, which was disappointing. But the property manager was very responsive. It’s a good location for both Sebastian beaches and vero dining.

Ashley was very responsive, the house was exactly as advertised, and amenities were everything we needed.

The house was nice, and the kids enjoyed looking for turtles from the dock, but there’s not privacy in from the neighbors. The floors were not clean and there were ants- not ideal with young children. All in all it was a fine place to stay, but when you pay a 150 for cleaning,you expect it to be clean when you arrive. Also didn’t love the request for guests to replace paper towels, toilet paper and soap.
