It is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure approval or risk losing full reservation amount. Guests directly pay a $100 fee per person (or $100 per married couple) which includes a background check. After arrival onsite, registration at the management office is a must to obtain ID cards for access to the building and to use the beach service. About the Unit This unit is ideal for discerning affluent guests who work remotely, snowbirds, or families with older kids seeking a premium, high-end, sleek, clean, spacious, and luxurious vacation rental.
