Located in West Covina, this lovely house for $99 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This is the most charming guest suite with a separate entrance next to a Private County Club in a family friendly neighborhood , and is a short drive to great restaurants and shopping malls (less than 1 mile away). Tucked away and surrounded by trees is a relax and comfy place to enjoy. Once in a while, you will see and hear our neighbor's peacock from a distance sometimes. Easy parking for one car on the driveway. The space Our new cottage is around 350 sqft. It includes a comfortable queen size bed and a fold up sofa bed. No kitchen but the room is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. It's attached to the main house, but offers complete privacy with it's very own entry. There are no stairs or anyone above you. Our marble bathroom includes a shower and tub and a supply of high quality toiletries and towels for your use. If you are staying longer than 3 days, we will provide fresh towels and linens for you upon request. Our cottage is best suited for up to two people, NO CHILDREN please! Our house is located in more of a suburb part of the city so you may have the luck to see and hear some animals such as racoon, birds, owls, chicken and our neighbor's peacocks sometimes. Just a few minutes from the mall, and a 35 minutes drive to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and Knott's Berry Farm. We are only 40 miles from the beach, and Downtown Los Angeles is 25 miles away. We are also a 5 minute drive to Cal State Pomona. The Pomona fairflex convention center is only 15 minutes from us. Guests have full private access, and a keyless entry to the guest suite and can come and go as you please. There are no stairs or anyone above you. Please note, no parties, and overnight guest. No smoking or doing any type of drugs including marijuana and no pet.

This definitely was NOT 5 stars. Spiders were everywhere (I have multiple bites to prove it). While quiet, it was a portion of a converted garage that was awkward in its arrangement. The location was near where we had to be but other than that it was a crummy bed and two towels for the entire stay! (One had to contact the host for more). I give CNN it 1 star at best.

We absolutely loved this little guest space, the location is perfect, away from all the city noise. I definitely will be staying here again. Our host was very helpful and gave us excellent instructions to checking in and checking out. Thanks 🙏

This apartment was close to major freeways and shopping. The bathroom was very nice. I really just slept there. Had my meals out in restaurants. If in the area again, I would stay again.

Very clean and the hostess was very friendly to help us check in even though it was past midnight due to flight delays. Very quiet nice neighbor across from a golf course. She had some bottled water waiting for us. My friend stayed in the main bed and he was quite comfortable. I unfortunately took one for the team and slept on the futon. I have slept on futons in the past and this one was probably the hardest one I have ever slept on one degrees softer than a carpeted. Only other negative was as we were leaving I did not see any check out instructions on VRBO so I texted the hostess and she did not ever respond. all in all we would stay again. good price. good location.

My wife and I were in town to catch the High Hopes concert and thus place popped up on VRBO. It is as advertised. It was spotless and quiet. And less expensive than a regular hotel room.

This was a very clean and nice place for us to spend a couple nights. The hostess was especially helpful in helping us find our way in to the place, where to grab food on the way in and way out, and was so accommodating in every way. The side entry was great for us just having our own corner of the home where we could just keep to ourselves. Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the area!
