About this house rental
Cutest Miami house! Private backyard, deck, garden, free parking, washer, and dryer inside. The home is equipped with everything you will need for a long or short stay. Everything is fresh and brand new. Stylishly decorated and close to great restaurants and shopping!
The entire house is yours. No shared spaces.
We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.
Any animal brought onto the property must be disclosed before booking.
$200.00 pet fee to be paid before arrival depending on type and number of animals.
Dogs must be crated when left alone on the property. Dogs must be taken off of the property to use the bathroom (poop and pee). Pee pads are not allowed inside the house.
Garbage days are Monday and Thursday. Bins must be placed along the road the night before after 5 PM and returned to the house when emptied.

Perfect stay! Easy check in as well. I booked this spot for me and my girlfriends to get ready for our friends engagement party and it was perfect, good lighting, open space to do our hair and make up too

While the listing did match the house in reality, the poor communication with the host left us disappointed. After messaging with the host and the host being aware that we needed to get into the property as soon as possible, check-in time came and went without check-in instructions with access to the property. We were sitting in Miami awaiting the instructions. We messaged the host through VRBO with no response, called the number in the listing with no answer or call back. After 30 minutes, we contacted VRBO customer support who were able to get in touch with the host and we only then received the check-in instructions. The property itself was sufficient for our family of 6 with the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed, the kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the laundry room, but honestly would not rent again due to the communication issues.
