We are three older women friends on our annual getaway. We like short term rentals for our trips because we can each get our own bedrooms. We used the kitchen for breakfast and cocktail mixing, so our needs were fairly simple. Broc was very responsive to our concerns (thank you, Broc, for the decaf), and even recommended a nail salon for us! The house is located in a decent neighborhood and is very convenient to downtown. The house was clean, bright, nicely furnished. I agree with other reviewers that the living room couch is quite low to the floor and can be difficult to get out of. My only complaints are minor concerns: It would have been nice to have a couple small tables in the living room for drinks and snacks. There was a shortage of wine glasses. One of the bath towels left weird shreds all over the user. The downstairs bathroom had no place to put my plethora of toiletry bags. (I cleared a shelf of extra towels, problem solved.) So many things were done right -- refrigerator was sparkling clean, trash cans magically moved up from the street, wifi connected easily etc. -- that the minor things were really just minor. If we were to ever stay in Rochester again, I'd check availability here first!

Everything was very clean, and the property was close to Mayo. It was perfect for our medical stay. The lift chair was small but it worked well to help me get up easier after surgery. I did end up transitioning to the full size bed on the main level. It had an adjustable base, so I was able to put it in the upright position to get up. The walk in shower on the main level was also perfect. Everything was easily accessible, and it was stocked with all we needed for cooking. I’d highly recommend this property. Broc was quick to respond and very easy to work with!

Everything about this place is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. Well equipped kitchen, lots of spices, and even some pantry items available. Comfy beds, recliners, and backyard patio. Nice to have an upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Close enough that we walked to Mayo Clinic appointments. Will stay again!
