Comfortably sleeps 8-9 guests. Outside you'll find a beautiful pool with hot tub. Indulge in the best home cooked meals, play games together, and rest easy after a sun-drenched afternoon in the pool & Hot Tub! The Space : Bed/Bath Set Up: 9 adults/Children Bedroom #1: King Size Bed Bathroom #1: Full bath w/Shower (Attached to Bedroom 1) Bedroom #2: Bunk Bed (Twin over Full) w/ Trundle Bedroom #3: Queen Size Bed Bathroom #2: Jack and Jill Bathroom with Bathtub. Attached to bedroom 2 and 3 Bathroom #2.5: Half bath in hallway Additional Beds: 1 Queen Air Mattress and Full Size Sleeper Sofa Game room: (Garage) Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a billiards table, foosball table, We also have 2 arcade games. Fun board games for your use are available. Enjoy the fire pit or dip in Pool or Hot tub and get cozy with the beautiful night sky! House Rules: Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit. No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times. This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am. No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine. POOL/SPA It is optional to heat the pool. If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Prices vary depending on the time of year. Oct-Feb: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum. March-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum. June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum. July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum. (you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's). Please Note: We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees. Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions. We can make an exception however it does cost more. Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE. It will disable the system causing nothing to work. Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool. The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it. You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time. We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed. The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool. Pool Vacuum-Please Note: Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!! If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect. If you have any questions, please reach out! Thank you! We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana. We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted. There will be a $250 fine per guest per day that is unaccounted for. We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate. Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

The pictures probably don't capture the true feel of this place. Super clean and well worth every penny, there is a little bit of something for everyone. Whether you choose to frequent the city, hit the beach or stay in the area there are plenty of options. We've stayed at many vacation homes and the consideration of the small things truly made this one an even better gem. Don't worry about packing bulky items like shampoo and conditioner, those amongst other items were stock. The sunrise and sunset is visible directly behind the property. This truly felt like home away from home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Spent just over a week at this modern comfortable home with our extended family and has a fantastic time. The photos don’t do it justice! The home is well equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen. Each of the bedrooms had comfortable beds, ample towels and even a few board games! We had 2 little ones (6.5 and 3.5) and they spent hours in the pool! The safari park was a 5 min drive away and it was about 30-40 mins into San Diego city (if you wanted to check out the zoo, Sea World, or the old town). Quick and easy check in and always a quick response on email. No complaints at all! Would highly recommend this home for a great get away!

The house & backyard are beautiful. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils. The kids enjoyed the game room. The water heater kept saying it was clogged so we had to reset it a few times to get hot water, but the owner was quick to reply the first time with the solution. I didn’t like that the fridge was empty & anything you purchase will get thrown out after your stay. My previous stays have had condiments in the fridge, as well as other food items left from previous renters. It’s an eat at your own risk thing, but makes it so you’re not purchasing tons of things that will only be used a tiny bit. But everything was incredibly clean & we had a great time.

The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our family as we visited the San Diego area. Super close to the safari which was a lot of fun. Everything you need is in the house, from comfortable beds, nice towels, anything you could need in the kitchen and a fun game room.

We had a good stay at this home. Everything was as listed. The kitchen was well stocked with some essentials (salt, pepper, foil, etc.) which was much appreciated! Check in process was easy and the owner was quick to respond.

This property was great and as advertised. Six adults stayed, we had a wonderful time. Beds are comfortable, house is spacious, garage games were fun, pool was warm when we heated it (December). Very glad we booked here.

This house was perfect for our family. We paid extra to have the pool/spa heated and it was worth every penny. With cooler temps in December it was awesome to have the option to swim. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy home cooked meals. The view from the backyard was great and felt very private. We would definitely rent again and again!!

This house is fresh and airy, clean and spacious, and was perfect for our family. The pool is bigger than the pictures show and the outside is so beautiful and serene. The host is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would love to come back here!
