About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood, this charming English basement 2-bedroom/1 bath apartment has it all: Proximity to Eastern Market, Metro access, history, peace and quiet. Whether you are exploring the city, or on Capitol Hill on business, or doing research at the Library of Congress, this is the place for you.
Your hosts live above the apartment and are long-time Capitol Hill residents - one is even a licensed D.C. tour guide - and can help you get the most out of your stay.
Getting to and from the house is easy, whether by Metro, car or bike. There is even a Capitol Bikeshare station 1/2 a block away where short-term rentals are possible. More information here: https://www.capitalbikeshare.com/
(Note there are 3 steps down to the apartment in case of any mobility concerns.)
