We had a fantastic time at this property. The pictures were true to life so no surprises. We loved the location as we could walk less than 10 minutes to the pickleball courts, general store, outfitters and a half mile walk to the beach. We were especially impressed with all the labels on the shelves in the kitchen and light switches so there was no guessing what went where and which switch to use. We enjoyed the variety of games available and had the best time playing Uno several nights. Diana was quick to respond when we had a few questions. Overall, we had no issues with the property and would happily stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

One week stay on Hilton Head was very enjoyable.
Very satisfied with the accomodations, location and amenities.
Enjoyed relaxing on the deck under the Oaks.... very quiet and serene location. Got a round of golf in on RTJ's course and made several trips to the beaches.

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in a great location. Loved all the amenities, biked to beach and restaurants, played Pickleball and enjoyed the wildlife. Host was great and responded quickly if we had any questions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa with every amenity and then some. Place was spotless. Appreciated the prompt responses from Diana our host. Diana was very accommodating and helpful with us. The villa had amazing beds and pillows that were better than home! Plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels. Every room had a lot of hangers which was a nice bonus. Villa had an amazing bunk room for kids with a bath! Big bean bag chairs too! Cabinet full of games and comfy sofa for hanging out. Nice place to ride bikes. 252 Turnberry is a home away from home!

This home was perfect for our annual friends' beach trip. Great neighborhood for long walks, and convenient quick drive to shops in Shelter Cove for supplies. We were able to explore much of Hilton Head and its beaches, restaurants, and outdoors activity from this central location in Palmetto Dunes. House is well appointed, and the hosts attended to lots of thoughtful details in kitchen, bedrooms, and baths. We spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying the sunny mornings and the cooler evenings, and a fun afternoon at the pool, just a few steps away. Once we learned our way around the neighborhood, it was easy to come and go. The host was very responsive to questions and helpful with our check in and check out timing. All in all, we highly recommend to others with a small family or friends group.

This house was great for our two families. Plenty of space and plenty to do! Pool is steps away, ocean is about a 10 minute walk if you choose to do that. The drive was better for us as we had 4 children under the age of 6 with us. Overall a fantastic time and would highly recommend to anyone!

The place looked just as the pictures. It provided plenty of room for our group. The place was super clean and welcoming! Kitchen was supplied with anything and everything you would need to prepare your meals. The only complaint was distance to ocean; it wasn’t 8 mins; unless we missed a secret path. We drove to the beach every time or rode bikes. Overall…great property and superior customer service by owner when needed! Would definitely rent again!

This property is exactly like the photos: extremely clean, spacious, and well- appointed for families. Elevated decor and wonderful community in a great location on HHI. Will definitely return! Owner was very hospitable and responsive. This is not your average vacation rental-every detail was considered and the cleanliness was unsurpassed. Great mattresses, plenty of linens/towels, everything nicely labeled, including an Owner’s manual with restaurant recommendations, maps, community activities/resources, remote control instructions, etc. which was extremely appreciated and helpful. Pool is directly behind unit and the landscaping offers a nice privacy barrier. Kids loved being so close to swimming. Lots to do in Palmetto Dunes and the beach is fantastic. Couldn’t have been more pleased with this property! This may be the rental in which we now compare all others!

We all really enjoyed our stay.
There was plenty of room for our party of six. It’s nicely decorated with new furnishings. It is very clean and had everything we needed and more.
The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s located further back in Palmetto Dunes closer to the beach. We used the Palmetto Dune buggy and also walked to the beach. It’s a short bike ride to general store, beach, tennis courts and restaurants. Great communication from owners. The welcome sign when you first walk in the living room is a nice touch.
We highly recommend. Thank you it’s always nice when the property looked exactly like the pictures.

We had a great experience staying at Diane's villa. The location can't be beat - steps to the pool and a 2 minute drive to the beach. The villa was everything we were looking for our first family vacation. We were a little worried about having a crawling 10 month old but it was more kid friendly than we thought it would be. Owner was great with communication. Would have been nice to have a few more rolls of paper towels, tissues and garbage bags but if that's the biggest complaint you have about a property, you know it was a great property!

My entire family loved our stay at Diana's place. We are a multi-generational family, my husband and I, my Mom, our adult kids and a 3 year old grandson. We are also incredibly busy and needed a place where everything was thought of for us. The condo was exactly as pictured, no surprises. There was a slight issue with the lock code but Diana was gracious, accessible and extremely responsive. Hilton Head is one of my favorite destinations, I always stay right off the beach. Now, I'll definitely stay at Diana's if it's available.

Fantastic place! We felt very pampered.This is a gorgeous home. Beautifully decorated and appointed.Very spacious and comfortable and immaculately clean. Kitchen and entire home very well equipped. Top of the line! Hosts are so kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with and thought of every detail to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. (Really appreciated the light switch labels and other labels and directions as to where to locate everything!) Can't wait to come back!

Perfect !! The host thought of everything including comfy beds, pillows, towels! There were 5 of us & the fridge was big enough to hold all our food. The living room was perfect for family movie night!!!

Relaxing and fun family vacation
We booked this property to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary as a family and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo is very close to a beautiful pool and we loved the convenient beach access parking (so much easier than carrying all our beach gear). The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was also very quiet and had some very nice amenities as well (we loved the bike rentals and the Dunes restaurant right on the beach). The host, Diana, was just lovely to work with and kept us well informed (even with restaurant tips!) throughout our stay. A perfect family vacation spot and a trip we’ll never forget!

Perfect Condo for Our Vacation
My family loved this beautifully decorated and well stocked property! It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We found the beds and bedding to be incredibly comfortable and the hanging bunks added whimsical fun for my children. I especially appreciated the communication with the owners. It was quite apparent that they care deeply about the experiences their guests.
