Very clean house. The garage possibly had a leak or extreme moisture going on as it smelled very moldy but only In the garage. Security is strict at the property but after seeing other locations, we were glad they were as the street wasn’t crowded with cars and random people coming in and out of the community.Overall, we would stay again and enjoyed our stay. The owner was also very responsive to any needs we had while onsite.

We have been visiting Orlando at least once, typically twice, a year for the past 10 years and we always stay in Windsor Hills so we have lots of experience renting in this neighborhood. The neighborhood and amenities are great and there's super easy access to Disney. This house that we stayed in has a layout that really works for our family of 6 to have space to spread out. It's beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a great vacation. Giving 3 stars instead of 5 because the game room-while very well appointed-was totally unusable for my family due to a super musty smell in there even after turning on the air conditioner in the space. We did contact the owner and she sent the property manager to check out what was going on but there was no change in the room during our trip so as an allergy family we had to choose to not go in that space. We also had an issue with the spa heat that was unresolved during our trip and the spa never got hot even though the pool was heated as requested. I know it's difficult to manage properties when you're far away so I don't blame the owner, but I do suggest that they take a hard look at their property management company and make sure they're staying on top of the maintenance at the house. If these issues were resolved, I would recommend this property.
