The Magic View Paradise Property has everything you will want for your vacation, and you will definitely fall in love with this wonderful home, located in the highly- desirable gated community in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Stunning, unobstructed views of the oversized canal and Intracoastal with no fixed bridges. You will enjoy a gorgeous sunset in a freshly redone pool overlooking the waterways. This property has been completely remodeled in 2021, new bathrooms, new kitchen with granite counter top, new stainless-steel appliances, marble floors, stunning light fixtures and simple contemporary interior. Within walking distance to the ocean, many fantastic restaurants, great shops, many attractions, and a very short drive to FLL Airport. You cannot ask for more. The house is a perfect combination of relaxation, entertainment and fun adventures to enjoy your memorable vacation. Sleeping accommodations for up to 11 people. There is a total of five bedrooms. Including two masters with private bathrooms and king beds, one bedroom with a king bed, and one room with one queen and one twin bed, and one with a queen bed. We have a professional pool/ billiard table, four bikes for you to explore the area, two kayaks, and two fishing rods. And we are always available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have, because our main goal for our guests is to have a 5-star experience and to always come back.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home. We had enough beds for everyone and the kitchen had what we needed to make simple meals. The owner was very fast to respond to any needs including to fix the clothes dryer that wasn't heating up. The pool was great for the kids and the view of the sunset was beautiful across the canal.

This house was perfect for our family of 9 with a mix of children and adults. The location was close to the beach, close to lauderdale by the sea, and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was just as explained in the description. We were able to swim in the pool, fish off the dock, or jump in a kayak and head down the canal. It had plenty of amenities for us so all we had to buy was food/supplies. Lastly, Kamilla was awesome! She was available any time I had questions and was a great help. I would highly recommend this house for a large group looking for a place in lauderdale.

After having to relocate from Fort Myers beach, overall this was a nice property. Beds are too low and showers have no shelves to hold products though. 4-5 block walk to the beach unless you cut through a hotel. Beautiful sunsets and pool. Family of nine were very comfortable!

Overall, a great location. Walkable to beach, Supermarket, McDonalds, Dunkin, CVS. Short drive/long walk to main area of Ft Lauderdale of Sea. House has 5 solid bedrooms. The master suite is separate from other bedrooms. 2 other bedrooms have their own bathroom which is nice. Only 2 bedrooms need to share a bathroom. One bedroom as a glass see through door, which was odd. Note: Beds are very low and not good for older individuals. The kitchen is functional mostly enough plates, silverware, glasses. The outdoor area is nice with a covered table outside. It was nice having the air hockey and pool table outside. Cons: The pool was a big disappointment as the filter or something broke and the pool turned green eliminating using the pool the last two days of our stay. We did call the management company but the pool cleaner didn't come until we were checking out. We did ask for a partial refund but did not hear back. This was a big blemish on an otherwise good house. Trash: All the trash cans were full when we arrived and there was a lot of trash in garage. Again not a huge issue, but a disappointment. Two bedrooms do border the main room closely, so noise in the rooms make wake up/keep awake people. This was not a huge deal but would highlight. Important if you have night owls or very early risers in your group.

Great house with beautiful views! It was very spacious for our group of 10 adults. The pool was great! We had a wonderful time at this property. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, kayaking and RELAXING! The only thing I’d like to mention is that this property doesn’t provide things like ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap, any spices aside from salt, etc. no real basic items were in the home. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but something to have knowledge of before booking. I’d totally stay again, it was an amazing trip and Kamilla was an absolute pleasure to work with!
