Features beautiful lake views, a large open lot with mature trees, and a fenced yard at the end of a quiet road. You’ll love rocking on the porch with your morning coffee, cooking out on the gas grill after a fun day on the water, and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit in the evening. Adult and child size kayaks and life jackets. Please bring life jackets for young children/toddlers. Private dock will accommodate your boat or rent one from a local marina. Sleeping arrangements – 4 bedrooms, first floor master with king, 1 king upstairs, 1 full, and 1 trundle bed (2 twins). Linens included. Wi-fi and cable provided with TVs in each bedroom. Ample parking. Quiet west side of lake, 30 minutes from CLT. No events or overnight guests beyond max occupancy.

We have a lovely holiday stay. The house was cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. I would absolutely recommend this property and would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The location was great! Only downfall was the firepit. I wish it were on level ground and chairs were provided. But other than that it was exactly what we expected! We plan to come back in the future ☺️

Absolutely beautiful setting to relax and unwind. The house was quite comfortable and had everything we needed - and sitting on the front porch watching bald eagles, osprey and blue heron - felt like paradise!

Just spent 5 days at Holly Hill. It is a comfortable log home, very well equipped. The views are epic and our dogs loved being out in the fenced yard watching the boats and ducks. I recommend going north to the Publix, brand new, also the barbecue place up in the same area. Easy check in and out.

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating my partner’s birthday with friends at this gorgeous lake house! The rooms were all very nice, the host communicated well, and it was a fantastic stay overall! We will be back in the future!

We loved the cabin and the beautiful view. It was perfect for our family get together. Lovely porch, yard was great for the dog and games. Can’t go wrong booking in this quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Maybe rent a boat next time! Thanks.

The neighborhood, home and property were as pretty as we thought it would be. Kitchen, living area and back porch looking over a beautiful backyard toward the lake provided such a nice setting for us. Bathrooms were very nice. Owner was friendly and easy to get in touch with. All in all a good experience. Had a few details that wish had been covered. Went to sit out on chaise lounge chairs in backyard, pulled cover off and the chairs were very dirty, stained, leaves covering seat. Upstairs bedroom I stayed in did not have window coverings. One window looked out to neighbor's house/yard. Had to make my own covering. Bathrooms did not have any soap and had one small hotel-size shampoo that lasted one day for our group.

Beautiful location and great for families. They had a pack n play, high chair, and baby gate which made flying in so much easier! Comfortable furnishings and wonderful kitchen for cooking and conversations. Would definitely stay again when in the area visiting family.

My family stayed here for the weekend to attend my daughters wedding nearby. The home was beautiful. Log cabin with open beams and floors, all natural woods throughout. The home exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything that we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay again!!

We had 7 adults and 1 baby and it was perfect! The bedrooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. There was a well appointed kitchen and a beautiful deck. It was located on a quiet finger perfect for swimming and kayaking. We rented a boat which worked perfectly at their dock. There was a nice fire pit for evenings and a big fenced in yard perfect for dogs and yard games! Perfect place for a great stay!

Great Location on Lake Norman with plenty of room for family to swim, kayak and toast those marshmallows. Spacious interior, comfy furniture and beds. After a month stay, we are missing the view and peaceful quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely loved our stay at the lake house. Better than expected. Home was perfect for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. The large fenced in yard was perfect to let our two dogs run. The house was beautiful and the dock perfect for our bass boat. I highly recommend. You wont be disappointed.

From the beginning of booking, Cindy was quick in response and detailed in communication. When we arrived, the property was everything and more of what we expected. We brought our dogs along and they loved the large fenced in back yard and lake swimming. Amenities were great, neighborhood was lovely and we will definitely look at this property again when back in the area.

This was the perfect weekend getaway. Such a nice cabin with fenced in yard so we could relax and not worry about our pet as he wandered around. Nice little fire pit out back with water view. The view is breathtaking. House well stocked with supplies in case you forgot any. Rained all 2nd day but we love to come back in the summer to really be able to enjoy the water.you will not regret staying here!!

This four bedroom comfortable waterfront home was by far better than exceptional as described. It is pet friendly with a very secure fenced in back yard. The owner communicates very quickly any needed information.

We had an absolutely INCREDIBLE time at this cabin. We were super lucky, it snowed on the second day of our trip, and it was so gorgeous. Everything was clean and the entire cabin had a cozy vibe. We made a fire both nights in the fire place. This trip mostly consisted of staying warm inside, so we can’t wait to come back and experience the lake!

I wish I could give this a horrible rating so I could keep it all to myself!! I can't and I won't. We have been renting from VRBO for over a decade and I am hard pressed to think of a rental we were more impressed with. Everyone had a Great time. The listing was spot on. The property is in a quiet area, right on the lake, securely fenced in yard for the pup, fully equipped kitchen, cute as a button outside, and homey and comfortably furnished on the inside. This will be a great Summer hang out as well, with the dock, and the individual lake playtoys (short stand-up paddle board and boats). We highly recommend this lovely ho!me
