Nestled in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive condo for $290 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. ---Welcome to Beautiful Wrightsville Beach --- I hope you love it as much as we do! This perfectly located beach pad is clean and tastefully styled. It was recently renovated and provides comfort by offering posh furniture, quality cookware, fine linens for the king bed, deluxe bathroom towels, large beach towels, and unique local artwork by EDA Surf. The patio overlooks the inland waterway which has OUTSTANDING sunset views and abundant boating activity to observe. The path to the ocean is at the backdoor where you will find a pristine beach, Crystal Pier, a coffee shop, surf shop, and the Oceanic Restaurant. One mile north offers nightlife, a grocery and additional restaurants. Beach Gear: Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and umbrella are provided. Parking: 1 parking spot is provided. All other parking is town paid parking. Please inquire with me for suggestions if you need to bring two cars. Technology: One Roku TV and WiFi. As owners who also live on the island, we make it our job to ensure you have the perfect stay. We are available by phone/text to answer questions and help you with any special requests. We only allow two persons to stay and expect guests to be reasonably quiet and always courteous. We highly respect our neighbors and we will not cause disruptions to their quality of life. If you are looking to party, this is not the place to book. If you are looking for a quality vacation in a great spot, please book with us!

Phoebe was pleasant and communicative. The premises were clean, updated, comfortable, and equipped. The condo apartment was conveniently located close to the public access to the beach. It would be more accurate to say in the description "a short walk to the beach" instead of "steps to the beach". The picture shown is the back of the unit facing the sound across the street. Overall we were pleased with our stay, and would recommend the condo for a weekend get away.

We enjoyed the apartment. Very convenient to have a quick walk to the beach. Also close to a nice restaurant and a coffee shop. It was nice to not need to drive everywhere as parking on the island is terrible. Had a nice view out the front as the sun was setting.

We loved our stay here and will absolutely be back. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-appointed with high end furnishings. You can’t ask for a better location with waterway views, easy beach access and the ground floor location made unpacking super easy. Phoebe was also super responsive and helpful with all our questions. Most definitely recommend this place!!

The condo is just as pictured and very clean. Beautiful view of intracoastal from patio and a very short walk to Beach Access #36. Parking spot location is perfect for unloading and loading.

My wife and I came to Wrightsville Beach to celebrate of Anniversary. We absolutely loved our stay at Phoebe's condo. We sat out every morning with our coffee's watching the sailboats and yachts go by on the ICW. The walking distance to the beach and the Oceanic were 2-3 mins tops. The provided beach chairs and cooler made it easy for us to bring snacks and to enjoy the sun. The area is absolutely beautiful and my wife and I will definitely come back in the future.

This past weekend we moved our son back into UNCW. We wanted to stay close to the beach so we chose this cute little condo. It was very well updated, clean and had amazing sunsets from the patio. The manager Phoebe mad the check in and check out process awesome since we had a 7hr drive to get there and back home. If you are looking for a very nicely updated condo on the South End don’t miss this one.

This was truely a great location, just steps from the beautiful beach. A cute coffee shop around the corner, great restaurants overlooking boats, just a short drive down the street. The condo was super clean. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. Easy communication with the host. We would stay here again.

We had the best time at Wrightsville Beach. The condo was exactly as pictured, renovated and perfectly clean with everything you need. We really enjoyed the sunset view and boat activity from the patio. The location is perfect for close beach access (less than a three minute walk) and also Sundays Coffee Shop and Oceanic Restaurant around the corner. Check in/out was convenient and Phoebe was so great in answering questions. Thanks for the great stay! 10/10 We will definitely return!

This cute apartment was perfect for a short two day trip! It was clean and was in a perfect walking distance from the beach as well as other restaurants. In addition, the view was great and came with fresh towels and beach essentials. 10/10 would come back!

Perfect getaway for two! The location was great, just a short walk from the beach, and restaurants. The check in/check out process was very easy and smooth. Very clean and just as pictured. Host was extremely helpful with answering questions! Our favorite part was the view from the patio watching boats!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is exactly as described. The condo is very clean and quiet with a comfy bed and great view of the channel-gorgeous sunsets and fun boat-watching. Just a quick stroll to the beach (we came to and from several times a day) and right around the corner was the coffee shop and Oceanic restaurant. We even walked to Tower 7 and Vito's Pizza for dinner because the weather was so exceptional, and the neighborhood was so fun to explore. Thank you so much for a great, long-awaited vacation!

This is very convenient to the beach and other locations with parking right at the door. It was well maintained and has a nice view of the intercoastal waterway. The landlord was available for easy contact. I would like to suggest if staying more than 2-3 days the availability of additional linens. Also, it would be helpful to have some kind of shelves in the bathroom.

The location was amazing. You can watch the sunset out the sliding doors. The beach is a 5 min walk from front door. Parking is a huge plus for this property. People drive around for an hour looking for a parking space but this has its own reserved space. Host was very responsive and the check in/out was as easy as it gets. We will be back for sure.

What an outstanding condo to rent on Wrightsville Beach for two people. The condo had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable and Phoebe was a fantastic host. During this time of Covid cleanliness is extremely important to us and the condo went beyond our expectations. Enoying the beach with towels and chairs included and then ending the day sitting outside our slider doors with a glass of wine watching breathtaking sunsets was again more than we could have hoped for. We will definately want to return this summer! Thanks Phoebe for all that you have put into the place. It was a Fantastic week for us.
