The home has a spacious kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances & a sliding glass door out to the patio and grill. There is large fenced in back yard to help keep your pets and children safe from wandering. The living room has ample seating on a large sectional and a flat screen smart tv with cable and WiFi included. ***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 4 guests. The occupancy fee is $50-100 per individual, depending on the length of stay. We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval.
