Nestled into the heart of Decatur, a quiet neighborhood accessible to downtown Atlanta, The Sunny Suite is a short walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. This apartment has private parking and a quiet, private entrance. The king bed with Italian sheets has been described by guests as “super comfortable.” The coffee is made by an automatic Swiss Jura machine. Enjoy a house cocktail upon arrival. Everything is set up for your enjoyment. We look forward to hosting you! Light, airy, and comfortably furnished, this upstairs unit has a private entrance, a plush King size bed, and a tidy kitchenette. You can feel secure knowing you have your own HVAC system, independent of the larger house. Enjoy being nestled in the tall trees on this 1 acre property, and walking to Decatur's pubs, cafes, and restaurants in the evenings. There is a parking spot reserved for you closest to the gate in front of the garage. A picture can be found in the check in instructions under "My Trips" We live downstairs with our three children. We hope you'll say hi if we cross paths. Decatur is the historic "village" neighborhood of Atlanta, with some of the best restaurants and shops in the city. A short drive to Emory University, Agnes Scott College, not to mention Atlanta attractions like the MLK Jr. Center, the Atlanta Zoo, Georgia Acquarium, and Ponce City Market, Decatur truly has it all. Visit the oldest cemetery in Atlanta and stop by markers from the 1700s, or take a leafy walk down to nationally celebrated restaurants like Kimball House, you won't be disappointed with this village experience within the big city. Downtown Decatur is very walkable from the house. Marta is not far and Uber and Lyft are also very active in this neighborhood. Hot Tub Rules: 1. please rinse off all bronzer, lotion and oils before getting into the hot tub. 2. No sexual activity in the hot tub. A $75 water change fee will apply if this happens and makes the water murky.

It was the perfect place for my daughter and I to spend a girls’ weekend away! It’s beautiful, clean, and in a great location! Talia was incredibly kind and hospitable!

A perfectly charming spot, quiet and private. It would have helped to know where the hot tub was hidden on the property. It was the prime reason for taking the space. We never got a chance to use it, since detailed check-in information was not shared in advance of our stay.

Lovely apartment in downtown Decatur

My squeeze and I took a weekend in Downtown Decatur, mostly to eat and drink. The apartment was as advertised; clean, bright and sufficiently sized for two. I will caution that, as an attic apartment, you’re up in the eaves and gables, which means the occasional low ceiling. For me, at 6’4”, it required mindfulness of my surroundings. But otherwise, the amenities were as promised, the location non pereil, and hosts lovely and responsive. I would highly recommend.
