This getaway offers a beautiful waterside patio area, complete with a sparkling pool and an in-ground spa. You can relax by the poolside bar or cook up a delicious BBQ meal on the grill. With a private dock that can accommodate a boat up to 23 ft, adventure awaits as you explore the crystal-clear waters on kayaks, paddleboards, or small boats. Highlights • Canal front with private dock • Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach • Private pool with in-ground spa • Poolside bar • Elevator The spacious and inviting great room offers 180-degree water views and direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy watching boats go by while sipping a glass of wine. Inside is a large sectional sofa, a TV, a dining table, and bar with a wine fridge. The kitchen has a giant island, a full range of appliances, and cooking essentials. The primary bedroom has a private balcony, an office for those who need a quiet workplace, and a stunning bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The second-floor bedrooms have front balcony access, dressers, and TVs, and the Queen room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. A full bath with a walk-in shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are available for guest use. Bedroom Details -Primary Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, tv, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and tub. -Second Bedroom, 2nd floor: Queen bed, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub combo. -Third Bedroom, 2nd floor: Two twin beds and deck access. - DISCLAIMER: Depth of the canals and channels vary depending on tides, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. At times this can result in a water level that is too low to support watercraft. It is the responsibility of the guest to review forecasts and make alternate arrangements for watercraft as necessary. There are no pets allowed in this home. 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by Anna Maria Island Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. We were in awe of the manatees that swam by daily & even had a dolphin swim by. Great location for bike & kayaking, these were delivered right to the house. Enjoyed movie nights on the lanai. Close to the beach & grocery store. It was a wonderful week!

Our family of four had an incredible time vacationing here. The location was gorgeous. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the manatee swim by. We also spotted dolphin. The outdoor area was great for dinner every night and a nice spot to listen to the rain. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature. Gorgeous views from the master and kitchen. We can’t wait to be back!

Incredible stay!
Our family of four had an incredible time vacationing here. The location was gorgeous. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the manatee swim by. We also spotted dolphin. This was one of the best trips we’ve ever taken as a family. The house has a beautiful view, nice pool area, perfect location for paddle boarding on the canal and a very short walk to the beach, manatee visits etc. it was clean and had everything we wanted. Thank you for a lovely visit!

The house has plenty of space and it was just lovely sitting on the balcony or at the patio by the pool...kayaks we rented were easy to get in and out on the dock....we had a problem with the Wifi, just reset the router and it worked. The garbage disposal didn't work, and they sent someone over within hours to fix it, which was nice and the pool wasn't heated so someone came over to deal with that as well.
The pool is connected to (same water) as the hot tub. In the listing it suggests there is a hot tub, but don't expect it to be hot. It is the same temperature as the pool. We expected a hot tub as we know it here in the midwest 99 degrees or higher, but because it is using the same water as the large pool area, it didn't ever get hot. Not a deal breaker, but I had expectations of hotter water and it was cool and rainy for most of trip, so it would have been nice to use it during our stay. Overall, the company was easy and great to work with and the house was lovely, very clean! Grocery store, the beach and the Catholic church all within walking distance, which we loved! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Bayshores! My husband and I and our daughter’s family had a very relaxing week! It’s a very nice home with all you need to have a great stay. We had a wonderful stay at Bayshores! My husband and I and our daughter’s family had a very relaxing week! It’s a very nice home with all you need to have a great stay. Amazing vacation!
This house was amazing! We brought our boat, so having it right there was awesome. It is very shallow around that end of the bay but once you figure out the way to the channel you're good. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. In fact I wish I had known everything it had: beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, pool toys. The only things it was missing were a muffin pan and a pitcher. The view is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet. It's a short walk to the beach. We saw manatees in the canal right by the dock. We saw dolphins out in the bay while boating. We had such a great time! Thank you so much for sharing this paradise with us!

Little piece of paradise (Just bring your own pillows)
What a beautiful property! We couldn't have picked a better house for our first visit. The rooms were large, and view of the bay was spectacular. The manatees provided us a show every night in the bay, and even saw a couple of dolphins. We were able to fish off of the dock as well. The pool was a great size, with a hot tub (which wasn't warm). The only thing that could have made this better, was if the house had better pillows - the ones provided were cracker thin, which made us all a little stiff throughout the stay. (Beds were comfortable) You may want to bring your own pillows (or rental agency may want to think about upgrading). There is an elevator in the house, which was quite convenient especially when it came to groceries. On our drive to AMI, we made our grocery list, and ordered on-line, which Publix delivered to our door. SUPERB!! We also rented a golf cart for the week, which is a must! We spent countless hours sightseeing throughout the entire island. It was nice to have the ocean breeze during our rides, especially on our night rides. AMI has beautiful sunsets, which we enjoyed every night. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again. We did receive a call one day, stating someone was supposed to come and replace a ceiling fan - no one ever showed up. The guests in that bedroom had to put up with the noise from the fan, clicking all night/week long. Would have been nice to have a follow up call to see if the job was completed.

Amazing place!
We cannot say enough about this spotlessly clean, beautiful home. Everything we could wish for: fantastic kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed to prepare all but one of our meals; wonderful bedrooms with the most comfortable bedding; beautiful pool and dock (complete with daily visits from the manatees!). We frequently walked to the beach which was only minutes away from the home. Another BIG plus: A great Publix was less than a mile away - woohoo!

We had a great time on AMI! Red Tide kept us from the beach but we still had fun. The outdoor space area was great. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub!

A well conceived vacation home.
It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The house had everything we needed during our stay. For 3 couples it was a perfect fit. We we fished, kayaked, swam in the pool, biked, did the beach thing and just relaxed. We also enjoyed a family of manatees that was constantly swimming by. We all thoroughly enjoyed the house.

Loved this home , beautiful view.
We are very happy with this rental. Home location is convenient to trolley and Publix. Very quiet area. Home is wonderful, loved having our own pool. Views of the bay and bridge are so relaxing. We also saw wide variety of wildlife around the canal.

We all enjoyed this home - perfect location, beautiful views, free island transportation & more. Property Management company is also very pleasant & accommodating. Highly recommended, elevator was a huge asset.
