The owner was very gracious and welcoming. While not 'exactly' what I personally expected, it was a nice property. I was hoping or should I say expecting water views but that falls on me. Some pitfalls, no kitchen area, sink or stove.

This was a difficult property to rate. Though the apartment was perfectly clean and exactly as listed, the exterior yard and deck were littered with 'stuff.' It was, honestly, quite off-putting. Because my husband and I had no need to be outside, the accommodations were fine for two nights. Had we rented in Spring, Summer or Fall, and wanted to take advantage of the outdoor space, it would have been very disappointing.
