Situated in Inlet Beach, this attractive house for $388 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. **Professionally managed by Coast Property Management** Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4 Bedroom - 3.5 Bathroom beach home at Grande Pointe in Inlet Beach. PROPERTY OVERVIEW: Located within the quiet Grande Pointe neighborhood, this pristine beach home is the perfect spot for those looking to spend their time in, on or by the water. The community pool is only 0.3 miles away and leads directly to the community's dock access to Lake Powell for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other watersports. On the south, the home is 0.6 miles from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and has a total of four beach access points with 1.5 miles. You will be in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport. Stepping through the shiplapped entryway, the home's hardwood floors lead off into the main dining area with seating for six. The open concept kitchen comes stacked with premium fixtures, fittings, and appliances; granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of cooking room on the five-burner gas range and abundant cutlery and utensils for all your culinary needs. There is extra barstool seating for up to three people at the generously sized kitchen island. Between the home's downstairs living room and large upstairs bonus room, there is ample seating for the whole group. The bonus room also comes with a pull-out twin sleeper sofa. Both seating areas come with large flat-screen smart TVs. The home's large outdoor space is not to be missed - a generously sized screened-in back porch has plenty of seating room and an outside TV. The paved back patio comes with a built-in natural gas fire pit, a gas grill, table seating for six, and hanging string lights overhead to unwind after a long day at the beach. The downstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed, mounted TV, and a walk-through to a private closet from the full bathroom. Heading upstairs, bedroom two has a queen bed, while the bunk room sleeps six people across the custom-made full and twin bunks. Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo just off the second-floor landing, while bedroom four (the second-floor master) comes with a king bed and private en suite with a walk-in shower. AMENITIES: The home provides a six-seater electric golf cart, plenty of beach gear, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, premium streaming through the home's FuboTV account, and a long driveway able to accommodate three cars. The garage also hosts four brand-new premium beach cruisers. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities: Body Wash Shampoo Conditioner Hand Soap Toilet Paper Facial Tissues Dish Soap Dishwasher Pods Laundry Detergent Paper Towels Trash Bags Dish Sponge NOTE: The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time. Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so. This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages. We had a lovely time at this home. It was super spacious and offered so much. The kitchen had every appliance and the host had tons of outdoor equipment to enjoy at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this home, and the kitchen was very well-stocked. We made most of our meals here, and particularly enjoyed the outdoor gas grill and the outdoor gas fire pit. There are so many a items included that we were able for travel very light. We made good use of the bikes and beach gear that were included with the home. We were provided with an ample supply of toiletries, dishwasher pods, TP, paper towels, and even laundry detergent upon arrival. The items that were included and the well-stocked kitchen really exceeded our expectations. This, along with excellent communication with our hosts, made for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed in the neighborhood many times, but this was the first time staying at this property. The house wasn't as nice as the others we stayed in but was still good. We had a few issues with the house and the property management company was quick to respond and helped us out. We probably won't stay here again, but will deal with the management company the next stay we plan.

This was a great experience for us. Nice, clean neighborhood. Community pool was big and really nice, our kids loved it. The beach was 3 mins away driving, or 10 mins walking. All 4 bikes were in really good condition, and we used them everyday. The only negative we had was the patio cushions were very dirty.

Beautiful home. My family had a wonderful vacation. Plenty of space to be together and apart, when needed. The beach was so close and so many delicious restaurants nearby! We will definitely look for this home for our next vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Coast's home so much. It was definitely my favorite vacation home I've ever stayed at. It felt just like home. The place was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our Christmas vacation. The home had beautiful furniture and felt so clean. The host was very nice and responsive. The location was great and very close to everywhere we wanted to go! The neighbors were friendly as well! I 100% would love to come back and stay at this place! Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend this beautiful, highly functional vacation home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook any meal, the outdoor area is so peaceful & the beds are super comfortable. The pool is a quick bike ride away & there are some great food spots nearby. The host was very nice & helpful with any questions I had. 10/10!!

My family and I came down from Tennessee and we truly did enjoy this house. Not only is it beautiful, but comfy as well. The fully stocked kitchen was amazing, and the hot chocolate bar was so cute! We enjoyed watching the TV and spending time in the backyard too. Riding the bikes to the pool was so fun! This house was perfect for my family and I on this trip to Florida! I am very happy I made the choice to stay here.

Gorgeous, clean home, super comfortable beds, there was tons of space, huge closets, and we were only a 3 minute drive from the public beach access with free parking or a 15 minute walk (you do have to walk across a 4 lane, busy road, so we thought driving was easier). Only issue was finding the house (it only shows up on the waze app) but all the neighbors were super friendly and helped us navigate. Only a 5 minute drive to publix, which was also great.

This home was everything it is advertised to be and more. As other reviewers have shared very well equippted. Not only equippted but everything was in very good condition. Our weather and beach conditions were not wonderful but we enjoyed have a very nice home to hang out in and watch football.

Beautiful house. Very well stocked for families. Beach toys and games for kids. Booster seats, kids utensils, and dinnerware. The house was in a very nice small neighborhood only a few minutes away from the Inlet Beach public access point. We would definitely stay again.

This home was perfect for our 9 person stay. The two master bedrooms was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was charming with a coffee shop, and the famous Donut Hole close by! If we’re ever back in the area I’ll be staying again.

We loved staying at Whitehaven and can’t wait to come back. The name says it all. A haven to return to after a day exploring the emerald coast. The home has all the conveniences including fully stocked kitchen with crock pot, instant pot, waffle maker, Keuric, coffee pot and more. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the extra touches like plenty of pillows, cards and board games and the screened in outdoor porch with a tv. There was even a gas fire pit to sit around to make s’mores. There was outdoor dinning with cafe lights hanging for the perfect ambience. The beach is close enough to walk or bike to with the on-site bikes provided. Loved walking through the State parks which are right next door. We will definitely be back 💜
