Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can host 6 people! The main bedroom has a King size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size bed. New LVP flooring just installed! Freshly painted with new living room and dining room furniture! New dressers and bed frames in both bedrooms! We are centrally located to everything making it hard to decide what you will do first! We are a short drive to the beach, 15 min from the airport, 5 min from Broadway at the Beach and 15 min from Barefoot Landing. There are mini golf courses EVERYWHERE! No matter your age, there is PLENTY to do to keep you and your family or friends happy! Even if you just want to sit on the porch and enjoy the fresh air, we have a GREAT view of the golf course. The best part is that your fur babies are always welcome! We have a dog bed for your dog(s) and a cat bed/hideaway for your cat(s). We hope you come see us and make our condo your home away from home!!! ***We have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door*** ***Noise/Smoke detector (cigarette and weed)*** ***$500 security deposit hold put on credit card 2 days before arrival*** ***Rental agreement needs to be read, signed, and returned*** ***Pet fee is $30 per night for up to 2 pets for up to 7 days. Contact host if you want to bring more than 2 pets or are staying for longer than 7 days.*** ***Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 97% (to cover 3% credit card fee) less $25.00 cancellation fee if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.***

My family and I loved staying here. I noticed all of the personalized touches right away. The rental was clean, bright, and airy. The location is perfect.. only 6 minutes away from Broadway at The Beach, less than 10 minutes from the beach, and 2 minutes from a 24hr CVS. The pool was clean and not crowded when we went. The owner communicated very well. We have already told other friends about how great this rental was and plan to stay again!

Very clean, cute, quiet beach condo. Although not beachfront, location is great! Located within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go; restaurants, beach, Broadway at the Beach, and the Boardwalk on the beach. Private pool access. Lots of places to walk on the property. We brought our 75 pound Boxer dog. Very pet friendly with lots of places to walk him on the property.

The check in and check out process was convenient no face to face interaction required. The property was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. When we had questions Kent was always responsive In less than 5 minutes. We really found the washer and dryer in the unit convenient. The pools on property were nice to relax in the sun by or take refreshing dip. The condo is located near all major places in South Myrtle beach and a very short ride to beach. I can’t say enough on how well appointed and maintained this incredible golf course view condo is. It is light and airy, painted in beach pastels and white. Gorgeous bedding and furniture. The condo had everything we needed to cook, a beautiful screened porch and thoughtful touches. The neighborhood was pristine and there were numerous paths all around us to walk. The condo development boasts at least three pools, all of which were fantastic. Thank you for hosting us…we look forward to coming back.

I highly recommend this location! Exactly as pictured! Close to everything! The best stay with VRBO ever! The owner was amazing from start to finish! Not only did they accommodate my family on a short notice, but they also welcomed my fur babies and gifted them with welcome treats! I’m ready to book with Deana and Kent at same location for 2023!!!! Absolutely amazing!

The property was exactly as shown in photos. The area was nice and very close to all the attractions. The only problem I seen was the tedious rules that we couldn’t feel comfortable in our own space. And once we checked out the owner text me asking where things were left, upon telling her she then stated that I lied. I will never stay at another location of hers. This was the worst experience that we have went through since coming on vacation every year for 15 years.

This property was perfect for my family of 4. We brought our welsh corgi with us. The condo had a pet bed and couch covers. This property is very close to Myrtle Beach and Broadway on the beach. There is a shopping center located across the way. I would recommend this property for anyone who has a pet and its great location to Myrtle Beach.

The property was as described. The owner is AWESOME to work with. She helped me book a property that was "friendly" for my older mother! The building was very quite and easy to take pets out. I had a TV tech problem. Contacted Deana and she sent her husband to help. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you for sharing your property!
