Nestled in Wilbur-By-The-Sea, this charming house for $891 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Your ocean escape awaits. Bring the whole family to this 7 bedroom, 7 bath, direct oceanfront home with gorgeous pool and 4 full kitchens. Main house has 5 bed/5 bath, 2 studio apartments over garage with kitchens too. Tons of space, gorgeous décor and parking for three cars. Wake to the gorgeous sunrise while sipping coffee watching the dolphins play. Home is located on a no-drive beach and minutes from local fare and things-to-do. Grab a surfboard and ride a wave. Near lighthouse, fishing, tennis, pickle ball and pet friendly. Enjoy breathtaking views of your private beach access from the Ocean Luxe Beach Retreat House. Featuring a pool, giant patio and outdoor area with tons of seating, you will have views galore. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bath, the guest house has a studio with kitchenette-both are included in your rental. Main house features 2 full kitchens, 2 dining areas, and a massive living room plus extra living room. Main house has laundry. House has been designed with exquisite beach furnishings so that you can enjoy comfort and style while relaxing in your private oasis. Fully equipped with wifi, books, towels, linens and everything you need-just bring your suitcase and bathing suit. You have private beach access so walk out the back yard and put your toes in the sand while enjoying sunny Florida. We have put our heart and soul into this home and enjoy sharing it with others that, like us, want to come to the beach and have fun and are not looking for things to nit-pick about. Additional things we want to share. This is a family beach home and is one of the few homes this size on the beach with a pool. However, it's a house not a hotel and at times things may happen. Sadly, we cannot tell when something may break but we do respond promptly if there is an issue. If the washing machine breaking during your stay (we replace them annually but this is an example) would ruin your vacation or cause you to get mad than we may not be the place for you. Our cleaners are paid a living wage but this is a home on the beach...that means all the sweeping and mopping in the world and sand may still sneak in. The pool is not covered and so if you happen to check in after a windy day there may be leaves and sand in the pool...the pool is ALWAYS cleaned weekly and safe to swim in and usually looks great. But if there are leaves, grab the pool net and sweep them out...we simply do not have anyone that can be on call after every wind storm...so if having to do that would upset you then we may not be the right fit. We have attempted to have boogie boards for our guests but they break every single week so we stopped guaranteeing that. At the end of the day, we do this because it's suppose to be fun and we want you to enjoy a great vacation. However, if you are the type of person that freaks out if something breaks or is not perfect, we are not the house for you. Homes on the beach that are used for vacation rental sustain a lot of use and are near salt...so if a broken refrigerator drawer upsets you, we are not the home for you. Home sharing is just that, home sharing, we are not the Waldorf Astoria. We welcome fun, laid back guests looking to have a good time. If you are uptight or looking for a reason to complain or just all around grumpy, there are many hotels along our beach that would welcome you. If you want to stay at a cool house in a great location and enjoy Daytona with a happy heart, we'd love to host you!

Had a large family gathering and all the rooms and amenities were great. Plenty of space for everyone. The apartments over the garage are okay, but not of the same level of comfort as the main house. Perfectly fine for our college kids. Pool is not heated, so nice to look at, but to cold to use in December.

We booked this home for our annual family vacation, and are SO happy we did!!! Layout is perfect for a large family and property sits right on the beach! Very clean and communication with host is prompt and as easy as it gets. They make sure the entire process is smooth and make sure you have everything you need! We will definitely book again in the future!

As with all rental properties, there were a few issues (dishwasher leaked & several doors/windows leaked during heavy rain) but management staff was always quick to respond and address the issues. House accommodates large families giving everyone space! Pool and oceanfront view was awesome!

Considering it was shortly after Ian, There was no direct access to the beach, but we made do. Down stairs toilet wasn’t working but the plumber never showed. All in all it was a great week with my grandkids and would do it again

This house had plenty of room for 13 of us (four generations) and is in a great location. The house if far enough from the beach public access, so that it stays uncrowded, and the pool is great when you don't want the beach. There's plenty of off-street parking and lots of things to do other than the beach, such as the Kennedy Space Center, kayaking with manatees, etc.

We booked this house for my Moms 70th birthday and it couldn’t have been a more memorable stay. The house is so well equipped with two kitchens and there are several bedrooms to choose from. The fact that they take pets made it so easy for my family to just pack everyone up and bring pets, etc. This will go down as one of our favorite vacations! Thank you for all you’ve done to make this not just a house but a home on a beautiful stretch of private beach!!! The view is to die for!!

This house was a perfect location close to the ocean with pool. Only suggestion would be to wall in the loft bedroom upstairs. Loved it!

The property is in a good location with great views but the positive stops there. Day 1-no propane in grill, no beach chairs as advertised, surface clean yes, but overall cleanliness a miss with cobwebs and dust bunnies to name a few. Mngt company did offer to reimburse for propane and beach chairs that I had to buy myself which they did. Master bedroom upstairs is misleading as it has no wall (curtain) and all sounds and smells from living room and kitchen are amplified. Landscaping neglected, overgrown with weeds and house in need of painting as well as several patio pavers broken causing trip hazards. Sliding glass door to pool barely opened due to grit and sand in track. Also, screen at this door doesn't close due handle of door protruding in its path. Day 2-pool begins to turn yellow and pool cleaners that came out same day were rude and told to stay out of it for 12 hours. Day 4-wake up to no water in house and notice from utility company on front door saying water shut off due to failure to pay. Water off for over 4 hours. Mail box was so stuffed (likely with notices from utility) I think the mailman couldn't deliver another piece of mail if they wanted to. Day 5-new pool cleaners show up at 730 am, great wake up call, not and 30 minutes after they leave the pool pump and equipment begin to wail and make noise so unbearable you couldn't sit outside. No one responded to our call so had to shut off pool. Day 6-pool repair people show up and fix. A home that charges these prices should not be neglected or managed this way. I had to make several calls, text, emails thru the week and fix things myself that I didn't enjoy my vacation. Mngt team did send representative out to home to apologize and reimbursed me for my expenses and 1.5 days rent. Respect decision but still a bad taste from the entire experience.
