Located in Leesville, this lovely house for $370 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to #LakeshoreLodgeSC! We are so glad you are considering us for your vacation. This property is located in Leesville, SC in a beautiful family-friendly neighborhood with a lovely pool, dock and kayaks and loads of driveway parking. We have a very generous deck for enjoying the views, as well as seating available by the pool and dockside! The interior of the house was renovated from top to bottom in early 2021 and is the perfect spot for families looking to unwind. The décor and furnishings were carefully chosen by the homeowner's and are comfy and casual with a relaxing undertone. This is a loved and cared for family home that we hope offers you many fun times, happy memories, and warm moments of togetherness for you and your group! Each of the 3 Smart TVs in the home have Hulu, ESPN and Disney+ loaded with the owner's login. We do not have a cable TV service. The front entry foyer opens to the great room where the brand new kitchen, dining and living areas a located with French doors leading out to the back deck and pool area. The living room sofa pulls out to a full size bed and a full bathroom with spacious stand-up shower are located off of the main floor hallway, adjacent to a door leading directly to the back pool deck. A laundry room and the stairs leading up to two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the second level is also located off of the main hallway and entry foyer. The owner's bedroom suite is on the main level of the home with a king bed, seating area, large walk-in closet, and spacious 6-piece bathroom including a freestanding soaking tub, separate glass shower, double sink vanity, and custom tilework throughout. The first of two upstairs guest rooms has a queen size bed and spacious closet with television. The second bedroom is truly for the children or the young at heart and has a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is a closet and dresser for storage and views out to the lake and pool deck. The spacious upstairs bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo with custom tilework throughout. The pool is 30+ years old and the plaster is not as milky white as it once was, but this is due to age, not lack of cleanliness. The pool filter system is lower flow/pressure than you may be used to but it is maintained on a weekly basis by a professional pool company. Please do not touch the pool equipment during your stay, let us know if you have a question about the system prior to making any adjustments. You will be responsible for using the pool brush and skimmer to clean any debris that may accumulate during your stay. This pool is outside and we cannot help if any bugs or fallen leaves happen to fall into the pool between the cleaning and your arrival time. Wendy and David manage the property on behalf of the homeowners. We do our best to ensure everyone enjoys their time at the #LakeshoreLodgeSC and are more than happy to address any issues you may have during your stay. The home is located in Leesville, SC in a beautiful family-friendly neighborhood. Leesville is a quiet slow moving town about 30-40 minutes from downtown Columbia, SC. Car is the dominant mode of transportation unless you plan to travel in by boat! Plan to rent a car if you are flying in, Leesville does not have regularly have Uber of Lyft drivers available. Better Boating in Leesville is the closest boat rental business to the home. You may use the private dock, the owner keeps their pontoon parked at the dock but it is not for your use during your stay.

This house is perfect for a week at the lake with friends or family! We relaxed beside the pool and on the dock. We played in the lake, swam, boated, rode paddle boards, etc. The house is decorated super cute and has everything you could need for a more than comfortable stay! We will definitely be back!

The house was nice and updated. Great kids room and plenty of room for our two families. Wish it rained less during our trip! We did bring our boat and use the dock there which was nice and there is a marina very close. We wish we could of stayed longer.

Hello I'd like to live here

Extended family in town for a wedding, with assorted aunts and uncles and cousins of various ages. We swam in the pool, floated in the lake, kayaked and lolled around on the dock watching birds and drinking coffee. We had a great time. The interior of the home is beautifully furnished and comes with all the extras you could want for a really enjoyable stay.

The yard and decking needs some tlc. As much as we tried to keep our kids in shoes the nature of having the pool and lake doesn’t lend well for them to do that which would normally be great except that they continuously got large splinters and burrs in their feet. It kind of took away from their enjoyment of the property. The decking and furniture paint was peeling off as we walked and used them. Otherwise it was a nice property.
