Located in Bayshore Gardens, this lovely house for $314 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Cocos Beach house has it all! If you want to have FUN in the SUN look no further! Only 15 minutes to the BEST beaches in the United States and only 5 minutes to the SRQ airport. 6 miles to Downtown Sarasota and Downtown Bradenton. Tour both cities with ease when you stay here at Coco's Beach House. The space Full house sleeps 10! 3 bedrooms, 6 beds. 2 bathrooms. Self check-in. Coco's Beach house is airy and bright! The layout provides open space for family and friend get togethers. When you enter you will find the living space to your right. Large windows let in natural sunlight. Straight ahead is the dining area that seats 8. Behind the dining area you will find a sliding glass door that takes you to the patio that has a dining table to seat 6 and overlooks the large backyard and pool. To the right of the dining area you will find the large spacious kitchen. Off the kitchen is the pantry and washer and dryer closet. To the left of the living area is a hallway where you will find all the bedrooms and bathrooms off of. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights. The backyard is large with a private fence. ROKU TV - WiFi - password will be included in house rules. Streaming instructions will be included as well. The pool does not have a safety gate or lock for small children. While families are encouraged to stay here, please supervise all children when around the pool area. We do not have a lifeguard on premisie so please swim at own risk. Pool is HEATED December to March! The driveway has room for 6 cars with additional parking for larger vehicles such as RV's, boats and jet-skis. Your furry friends are welcome for an additional fee of $ 50. NO PARTIES!!!! We will be happy to accommodate small gatherings as long as they fall within the guidelines. Just minutes from the Sarasota-Bradenton airport and only 15 minutes to all the beaches in the area, this house is conveniently located for the best vacation experience! Guest access Guests has access to the ENTIRE residential home. RV, boat and jet ski parking is included with NO EXTRA COST! Other things to note Please be courteous of the neighbors! No loud music after 10pm, and do not block in any neighbors with your cars.

We had a wonderful time at this house, the backyard especially was wonderful, with a pool and plenty of seating outside. We spent many hours around the pool. Inside, all the rooms were big with lots of beds, 2 queens in each of 3 bedrooms. Close to everything and a nice house to spend 2 weeks vacation in for us .

Sheets had to be rewashed to our liking. Place could use a little more cleaning, but other then that is was a good stay.

Visited during hurricane Ian so we didn’t get to stay in the home our whole trip. The house was very clean, the pool and back yard were wonderful. Lots of towels. Everything you need to prepare meals. Very good communication with owner and she truly did everything to make our trip great despite the situation. Nice for families with children.

House owner was out of the country. The property Manager was the nicest person to deal with ! He was able to give us some pointers on places to go . Came and fix a problem we was having within a couple of hours of us connecting him . The pool was very clean, house was very clean . House had most of what you need on a day to day . We would definitely come back! Thank you for having us!

Rental process was very easy. Owner was very responsive to messages. Location of the home park was convenient to our event. The house definitely could have been cleaner. Not sure if it just hasn’t been rented in while, but floors were dusty/dirty. The shower curtain and liner in the hall bath need to be changed. Mold and soap build up were excessive. Very nice amenities offered by owner. Towels, bath products, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The neighborhood is mixed with both well kept homes and not so well kept homes which made our group of women not comfortable walking around the neighborhood.

My family and friends and I really enjoyed staying at Coco's Beach House! We loved having the pool in the backyard and that there was a grill that we were able to use! We enjoyed the spacious house and the location in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a nice location that was easy to get to the beaches both north and south. We all highly recommend staying here if you are looking to book in the Bradenton area!

Was equipment with linens and towels, cleaning aids and coffee. My husband loved it. Pool was clean and relaxing. We did not get to spend a lot of time at the home due to our circumstances. The sofa was a huge hit. We all loved it.
