• BBQ Grill rental: $85 + taxes (price for entire stay, includes 1 propane tank) – request at least 3 days in advance

Pool was dirty. Dead rat in pool area. Property owner had it removed, but the smell lingered for the week.

The main reason we got the house was the private pool, jacuzzi, comfortable beds, and theatre seating. The jacuzzi was not heated, and the owner said it would take up to 48 hours to heat up, so we lost time using it. They did send someone out to raise the temperature, but we then found the pool had also become very hot. It's hard to enjoy a pool in 90-degree weather when it feels like a spa, so we asked them to turn it off. They took another day to do that. I would have turned on the spa heater a few days before the guest arrived so they could enjoy it on the first day. We were there for 9 days and could only tolerate the pool for 3 days because of the heated pool. We were paying extra for the use of the heated jacuzzi, and the owner should have ensured it was comfortable for guests so they could enjoy it upon entering the home. The grill was nice. The carpeting was so dirty. It needs to be replaced. I couldn't fathom walking barefoot on it. The showers were so slippery that we had to put a towel down to prevent us from falling. The blinds to the door to the pool area were taped up, and a few fell while we were there. I told the owner about it. We couldn’t use the theatre because the sound system wouldn't work for us. We figured out the living room and gaming room TV only, so we were only able to use them.
