SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS 1st Floor (One): 1 King, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa 2nd Floor (Four): 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Full/Full Bunk Beds BATHROOM LOCATIONS 1st Floor (One + Half): 1 Private + 1/2 Half Bath 2nd Floor (Three): 2 Private, 1 Shared Bath with Hallway Access PROPERTY AMENITIES Wide elevator (40.5"x42"), Wide doorways on the 1st floor, Elevator goes to all floors, Televisions, High Speed Internet, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Heat and Central A/C, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron and Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed. *The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

Check in was flawless! They even sent a message telling us the property was available earlier if we wanted to check in early which was great! The house was super clean, and cute. Overall the only complaint would be basic cooking items were included like cookie sheets, oven mitts ect. But there is a dollar general right down the road which made it easy to run and grab things we couldnt find.

Beautiful house with plenty of room

Was a little shocked that nothing was provided in the house such as hand soap, sheets, towels, any condiments..not even salt or pepper, cooking spray, toliet paper, or paper towels. We arrived too late to rent sheets and had to go buy some for each of our beds. We did not rent sheets as we thought they would have some on a made up bed. Otherwise, the house was very nice, spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

Location of property was perfect. Few steps to beach access, far enough away from crazy congested traffic yet close enough to pier and shops. We had 7 children and 7 adults - home had plenty of room!
