Me gustó todo. Es un apartamento fantástico, con todo detalle, comunidad silenciosa. La ubicación es perfecta, sobre todo por la cercanía a la playa.

Everything is just perfect in our stay here and would definitely rent the apartment again on our next vacation.
Location: it is a perfect base for exploring not just Malaga but also the nearby towns, apartment is easy to find, check-in is super easy
- an easy 1 bus ride from airport (4€), walking distance from the bus stations (1,40€ per bus ride), the Malagueta beach, Muelle Uno/ Pompidou center, and the historic center.
- there is a Mercadona nearby which we highly suggest for grocery shopping, a lot of fastfood chains around as well as restaurants
Facilities: We were so amazed how the apartment is spotless clean and well-maintained. The building where it is located is super safe and there are 2 elevators. Although the neighborhood comes alive at night (muelle uno)- inside the apartment is really quiet
- the owner is so thoughtful on everything that you will find inside the apartment and the appliances/ furnitures are of good quality.
- the kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you might need during the stay, there are also some basic condiments, tea and coffee
- air-conditioner works so well especially during hot summer weather (>38C), hot and cold shower is spot-on
- the bed as well as the sofabed are super comfortable
- toiletries provided as well as hair-dryer
- sheets are freshly-washed, there is a washing machine but a note on the door states there is a laundry service nearby and the first service is shouldered by the apartment (but we were not able to use this as we were only there for 5 nights)
- smart tv with Netflix!
- even First-aid kit, poker set and sewing kit is provided
- we were able to borrow beach equipments such as umbrella and mat from the host
Host: Carlos is super friendly, accomodating and reliable, he sends suggestions and look after the safety of his guests. He is one chat away, he responds promptly and even came by when we needed something.

De ligging was geweldig op enkele minuten van het strand. De supermarkt lag om de hoek. Het centrum was een kwartiertje stappen langs de gezellige promenade aan de haven. Het appartement was erg schoon en alles was aanwezig. Er is voldoende opbergruimte. Het is voorzien van rolluiken. De host stuurde de instructies door om binnen te geraken en was erg communicatief.
Het bed in de slaapkamer was erg smal. Als het breder zou zijn kan één deur van de kast niet volledig open maar dat zou ik niet erg vinden. De matras van het zetelbed was niet comfortabel. Het appartement is klein maar prima voor 3 personen of een klein gezin.

Posizione dell'appartamento strategica, vicino al porto e a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, appartamento ben arredato e silenzioso.
Andrebbe inserita nella descrizione per il check-in che l'appartamento si trova all'interno di un edificio sul quale non è apposta l'etichetta dell'appartamento stesso. Alcuni accessori sono da sosituire, già segnalati al proprietario.
