We also have a ceiling fan as well as A/C in every room. - Utilities Note: Due to the current situation of the Island there is a chance of having power surges or water shortage during your stay. There is no backup system for these services. We do not issue refunds for these type of situations which are out of our control. Guest access The entire home is available to guests. We have one closet that stays locked with supplies. The rest of the property is available for use. Other things to note We have a water reserve system that allows you to have water even when the city water is shut down due to island situations.
