At the foot of the wood deck is a private, elevated strip of sand that has a built-in gas fire pit that’s perfect for catching the breathtaking sunsets disappear behind Catalina Island while sipping a glass of wine or making s’mores. In this lower villa of an upper/lower duplex, you will also have oceanfront beach access along the south side of the property. It is not your typical high use weathered beach rental. 🙂 Due to the gated community, this property is suitable for quieter groups and families. There is a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, gatherings or large events. No noise ordinance 10pm-8am per city STR ordinance. 8 person overnight max occupancy with 12 person max at all times. Daytime visitors must exit premises by 10 pm.
