Located in Tower 1 of Majestic Beach Resort, Unit Spans Front & West Side for Spectacular Window and Double Balcony Views Luxurious interior at 1617 sq. ft., & outdoor living space at 482 sq. ft.. 14th Floor This is not your run of the mill rental. It is a fully custom condo with marble floors, custom cabinets and granite throughout. It also has flat screens in every room and a custom tile shower. You will find a beautifully decorated "home away from home". DEDICATED PARKING SPOT ON OWNERS LEVEL Parking available for 2 vehicles ONLY. Great quality linens, mattresses, fixtures, and decor. 3 bedrooms 1 bunk room 1 pull out sleeper sofa 3 full baths Primary suite with king bed overlooks gulf with floor to ceiling windows and direct access to the balcony overlooking the gulf. Primary bath has an over-sized walk-in stone, tile, and glass shower with 2 shower heads, custom vanities, granite tops, and walk-in closet. Second suite has a king bed with a full private bath. Third bedroom has a west end private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Fourth Bedroom has a full-size bunk bed (2 full beds) sleeps 4 with nice mattresses too! Living Room Sleeper has a high-quality queen memory foam mattress inside the leather sofa. The love seat can be made up for a smaller child next to sleeper sofa. ciency washer and dryer plus hanging space in the laundry area. Kitchen has granite counter tops with glass back splash on custom cabinets. Everything you need is here as you walk into a fully functioning kitchen including dishwasher, stove, oven, built-in microwave, full-size fridge with filtered water and ice, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, waffle maker, utensils, etc.. Living room has seating for 8 which is open to the dining room, seating 6-8, the kitchen bar seating 3, with room to stretch out, relax, and enjoy your time away. The balcony is over-sized because it includes the entire west end of the 14th floor which is perfect. It is high enough for great views but not too high for elevator waits. We are also steps from large speedy elevators taking you to the indoor/outdoor pools and beach. The balcony has two lounge chairs to enjoy the sunrise or sunset views, also a full table with 6 seats. Trust us, you will not find a nicer unit with better interior finishes and complete UNOBSTRUCTED views of the gulf. You won't be disappointed!!! This condo development is right on the Panama City Beach. Condo was well-stocked with airfryer, waffemaker, paper towels, trash bags and handsoap along with laundry pods and dishwasher pods. Had a small issue during stay with garbage disposal that owner took care of extremely promptly (that ended up being a problem that I created). I'd highly recommend this condo for a large family or 2 smaller families. We had two families of 4 and never felt crammed.

This was an awesome condo and perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The balcony views were amazing. We will be back. Thanks to Jennifer for her quick response and helpfulness. Another family vacation in the books.

I was a little worried at the fact this listing had all 5 star ratings. HOWEVER, The owner and condo deserve more than 5 stars if i could give more than 5. It was everything we wanted and then some. The condo was beautiful and was more stocked than we could have imagined. Pretty much anything we could think of and forgot, she had. The owner was amazing as well. Immediate communication and even made sure to check in and see how our trip was going. We didnt want to leave. 10 stars!!

Wonerful condo,great size for groups. Had everything needed for stay. Also beach supplies was great plus. Listed for 4 bedrooms but actually is a three bedroom with bunkroom. Bunkroom is small with no closet.

Everything about this condo is perfect. Checkin and check out was a breeze. Great view for sunsets. Plenty of space and comfy beds. Super close to elevator to take you to the pool, beach, or street. Also plenty of kitchenware for dining in. Would definitely like to stay here again.

We were impressed with all the little things the owner had in the unit for all ages from a pack n play with sheets to all kinds of beach items for our use. We had a toddler with parents, uncle and grandparents. A room for everyone and each family unit had their own bathroom. The unexpected items like a booster seat, child's beach chair were items we needed, and didn't expect to have them in the unit, so we brought our own.

We had a terrific time at this beautiful condo. The owners clearly take pride in their unit, as everything was clean and as advertised. The views are simply amazing, and being at a corner unit only made them better. There was no noise or anything in the hallway as we were at the end of it, and it felt very private. The beds were super comfortable. And even on the couple days that were kind of chilly in early March, the indoor pool made it great for the kids. My two girls and I said we would love to go back. Well done, and thank you!

Our stay in Jim and Jennifer’s condo was amazing. We loved the location and everything was beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable, in fact, I contacted Jennifer to ask where they were purchased!! It’s was a wonderful time making memories with our extended family!!

Perfect beach getaway
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped, well furnished, and extremely clean. It was nice to step into a unit that was really clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular from the 14th floor as well. I was nervous about staying in such a large property, but there was more than enough space for everyone on the beach and in the pools making for a fun and relaxing beach vacation!

Exactly as described in the listing. Loved the condo. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and in good shape, we had everything we needed for cooking in. Beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive. Beautiful views. Very friendly staff throughout the complex. Only bad thing is the check in process, everyone checks in at 4, had to wait for luggage carts and elevators.

Kitchen equipped with dishes pots pans and utensils, as well as a washer and dryer for those extended stays. Just bring your toothbrush.

Great family stay on the beach
My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property on the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, and just as described/pictured. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. The host (Jennifer) was very responsive, helpful and pleasant. My family would definitely stay in this rental in the future!

It was my first trip to Panama City Beach and I may be a little biased in saying this.....but this property is the best one on the beach 🙂. Gorgeous view to wake up to, very close to many activities and attractions. We enjoyed every place that we dined. Pompano Joe's, pineapple Willy's and Dat Cajun Place did not disappoint! Would Definitely Stay Here Again!
This is a gorgeous condo with enormous floor to ceiling windows allowing for beautiful beach and sunrise/sunset views! I enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen with these beautiful views as a backdrop, and chatting with family as they sat at the dining table or in the living room. The balcony is very spacious. We enjoyed several meals and lounged there often. The condo itself is well appointed, very clean, and well maintained. Additionally, the owners responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns, and were very helpful and hospitable. This is a beautiful home away from home, It was a joy to stay here, and I would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice time staying here for about 6 days with our family. They have a full service kitchen with dining sets, cooking pans and utensils, stainless steel appliances and also a washer and dryer in the unit.
