The space
Enjoy a beautiful and spacious vacation home with your own private lagoon-style pool and extra-large hot tub.
There’s no shortage of fun here! Inside, enjoy an arcade room featuring Marvel, X-Men, Street Fighter, pinball, Pac-Man, and more. Gather with friends and family in the private theater room, uniquely designed with a 120-inch screen and a nostalgic popcorn machine for the perfect movie night.

This modern, single-level villa has an open floor plan, 6 large bedrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests. A coffee machine with capsules is provided.
Located just a few miles from the center of Indio, surrounded by golf courses and local attractions. Perfect for holidays, festivals, sporting events, and more: Coachella, Stagecoach, Desert Live, PGA West, Indian Wells Tennis, Art Festivals, Polo, plus nearby retail, restaurants, hotels, resorts, and shopping.
Please note: For safety reasons, the fireplace is decorative only and not in use.

*Pool heating is offered at $165 per day for a minimum of two days. Spa heating is provided free of charge.

The Cameras are always ON and recording for security and liability purposes.
Before you leave:
We kindly ask that you leave the house in reasonable condition.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BEHIND
If possible, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could:
• Gather all towels and place them in one spot.
• Run the dishwasher

Everything was wonderful . We went with 3 families and we all had an amazing time. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect home for our family of 16. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Between the great backyard and pool (the slide was a hit!), and the theater room equipped with arcade games and a huge TV screen, our 6 grandkids stayed occupied for hours on end (two are babies). The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Once we check in we stay put for the weekend. We wanted for nothing. Sherry was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. She was super responsive, very kind, and very helpful. We loved every minute and hope to return next year.

Great for family fun. Pool area was perfect for hanging out in the sun, waterslide, and plenty of shade for those that wanted it. Kitchen was appropriately stocked for the number of guests and dining room tables both inside and out had enough chairs! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and kids loved the movie room/arcade! Responsive host. So happy we stayed!

We were disappointed with our stay, unfortunately. The house was fine - nothing great, could definitely tell it had been used a lot. It was frustrating to walk into one bedroom for the first time to see the curtain was broken and just sitting on the bed. The check-in process was redundant and awkward as the house manager just sort of lingered for a bit and didn’t even try to fix the curtain. The pool area is nice, just wasn’t cleaned well - cigarette butts left poolside and glitter all over. The hot tub was unbearable temperature and when we reached out to the house manager to see how to turn the temp down, we just never got a response. Then the cleaning crew showed up and hour and a half before our check out time which felt inappropriate as we were still using the house and getting ready. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
