Nestled in Fountain Hills, this lovely house for $228 per night is a great option for your next break. Incredible 3bdrm Fountain Hills home with stunning views and tons of family fun! Game room features both Shuffleboard and Electronic Foosball tables with the coziness of a gas fireplace. Backyard has a sparkling pool with waterfall, putting green, tons of play space for corn hole, and gas grill for BBQ's. Plenty of outdoor seating areas perfectly situated allowing guests to drink in the beauty of Arizona's colorful sunsets and Fountain Hill's spectacular starry skies! IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time. * Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking. (a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services. (b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL) * Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty. Pool can be heated from October 1st - May 1st. There is a daily energy fee of $75 per day or $400 per week. All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED) * Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy. (a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates. (b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.

Paid extra for pool heat which was not turned on until the last day. Tried to communicate with property manager no response to any calls placed. requested check-in information to be texted or sent to an alternative email. request acknowledged but not followed.

The house was in a great location and the inside was pretty clean, but we were disappointed when we checked into the house to find the AC had been out for what must have been a long time. All 4 emergency phone numbers listed did not pick up and no way to leave a voicemail. I desperately texted all the numbers to try to get some response. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and hurting a small business (which it doesn’t sound like this even is a small business). It looks like it’s run by a person, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to some Rental LLC given the lack of response and confusion around who I was even communicating with regarding the AC. The fact that the AC was not working, and it was ultimately up to us to fix it on a 100 degree plus day, was ridiculous. Not one support number answered their phone that was listed on the property which is unacceptable. I had to text to get anywhere, and the only person who I could talk to was VRBO customer support. I gave the homeowner/manager and opportunity to make things right, but that escalated and was really unprofessional. I really hate complaining, but what I hate even more is feeling like I wasted my money and made my friends and family uncomfortable by booking this place that lacked reliable AC, responsive management, and a hygienic pool.

This house easily entertained a group of 5 ranging in ages from 13-78. Great restaurants nearby and parks. The supplies are very basic and pillows desperately need to be replaced we ended up getting some from target. Everything was fantastic, easy communication, clean and a great layout for families.

Thanks for the amazing trip! We couldn't have asked for a better property in a beautiful area. House was perfect for my two little boys, they were entertained for hours. Actually never wanted to explore AZ because they wanted to swim and putt on the green! Thanks again, will be back

We love the Fountain Hills area! This house is a good place to stay but be careful of the fine print. We stayed here in January and was sooo looking forward to using the pool daily. One word of caution!! The pool is NOT heated and you will pay a fortune to heat it! You will not find the information in the general listing, you have to search for it. The waterfall is only on for about an hour or two at around 5 o'clock, so if you are looking forward to the sound of running water, you are out of luck. Also, our check out was at 10 o'clock and as we were getting ready to have our last breakfast there before checking out, they showed up with a new refrigerator and wanted us to let them in to replace the old one. It was extremely unsettling and frustrating! Who does that?!

We had a lovely time at this property. The pool was a great relief in the summer heat. The home was well appointed with necessary items. Parking is better on the side of the house rather than trying to use the garage.

Great house up to date and clean. Pool was great and the location being surrounded by top rated golf course and in a nice residential area was very nice. Had a slight mechanical issue with house. Reached out to the property manager and he immediately go to working to fix the problem which was fixed within 12 hours.

Great property for family of five. Basketball hoop, shuffleboard, foosball, and putting green all got a TON of use. Great master bath, front and back patios…in a quiet neighborhood with everything the valley has to offer less than 25 minutes away. Perfect oasis for Spring Break and/or Spring Training trip!

This property was so amazing I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful this house was. I am EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness and it’s hard to impress me but I was impressed. Everything was so clean and the house felt so warm and welcoming. My kids didn’t even want to leave the house. Between the immaculate pool, the foosball table and the shuffle board they were entertained for hours. We spent the majority of the day in the pool in the Arizona sun playing basketball. Even though there were 2 full baths everyone insisted using the master bath shower which was so beautiful. The neighborhood was so quiet and scenic. I hope this house is available next time we come back to AZ. My only regret is we didn’t book the house for more nights. Would highly highly recommend to anyone.

The home was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Clean, comfortable, and accommodating with immaculate views. The pool was cleaned on the first day we were there which was a nice touch. Everything in the home was labeled for ease of use. The shower in the master bathroom was a dream. And the natural light that showered the home from sunrise to sunset really was the cherry on top of a wonderful week. Highly recommend.
