"We had a fantastic experience at Nizwa Hotel Apartments! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Mr. Anu was a standout—he personally waited to greet us, gave us a thorough introduction to the facilities, and had our luggage sent up to our room ahead of time. He even organized an amazing Jebel Akhdar mountain tour for us the next day! He paired us with an incredibly experienced driver who knew the area perfectly and showed us all the stunning peaks and historical heritage villages. It was such a memorable experience.
The room was massive and perfectly suited for a family. Having a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, laundry machine, and iron made everything so convenient. The beds were super comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with was highly trained and polite. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!"

The manager is wonderful and beyond helpful. He gives all sorts of proactive advice on places to go and see! He is also just fun to chat with and clearly loves his role!
Location is not in a walkable area. Not a big problem since we had a vehicle.

The property is well maintained with ample of parking facility. The hotel has amazing views of the mountains. the surrounding are quite and peaceful.
The room was sparkling clean but there were fleas that were in the room, the exhaust in the bathroom was not closed from outside there were fleas in the room. The room view was the duct view, which was not great because nothing could be seen. we informed the reception to give us another room with proper view for the other nights but no response. The wifi was not working, and when we asked about the wifi problem, they said the problem is from omantel. We asked them dental kits they said dental kits are out of stock which was weird because being a hotel with 8.5 rating how can you go short on dental kits. The commode was old and had cracks. Also there are no restaurants in the hotel nor near the hotel hence rent a car is mandatory to commute for eating and buying things.
