DESCRIPTION The apartment is tastefully furnished and is decorated throughout with original contemporary artwork by Greek and international artists. Living & dining: The apartment offers a spacious and stylishly furnished living area with smart TV including cable and Netflix, and features a dining area with a table usually set for 8 people that can accommodate up to 10-12 for dinner. There is also a separate bar area adjoining the open-plan kitchen featuring a well-stocked honor bar. The main living, dining and bar areas open on to balconies all around. Kitchen: The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with brand new top quality full-size fridge/freezer, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and other necessaries (a large-capacity clothes washer-dryer is in a separate utility room). All modern cooking and dining equipment is provided to a high standard... we love cooking and occasionally use the apartment ourselves when it's not being used by our guests. Bedrooms & bathrooms One double bedroom with queen-size bed features an en suite bathroom, with bath and separate shower stall with overhead shower as well as bidet. The second bedroom features twin single beds (that can be put together) as well as a separate day bed as a full-sized extra single bed, and has it's own full bathroom with newly-remodeled walk-in rain shower as well as bidet (new pictures to follow). The third bedroom features twin single beds that can be put together, and has use of it's own bathroom with shower stall including overhead shower. All bedrooms leading onto a balcony with café table and chairs. The bedrooms are fitted with top quality beds and mattresses as well as natural feather and down pillows and duvets for a good night's sleep! Windows are double glazed and feature electric roller blinds to completely darken the rooms for sleeping. A comfortable double sofa bed in the living room provides the option for two additional guests, and we have a crib/cot (bed for babies) for infants available on request. Climate control: The apartment is independently centrally heated, the living area and the three bedrooms also have separate fully independent new air conditioning/heating units with remote controls. Balconies: The apartment includes balconies off the main living, dining and kitchen/bar areas as well as off all the bedrooms, that are appointed with café tables and chairs. Mosquito screens There are usually very few mosquitos in central Athens, and then only usually in full summer. We anyway have mosquito screens fitted on all windows and balcony doors, as well as having optional anti-mosquito devices for your use in the apartment. Please note that the mosquito screens are very delicate and must only be used carefully, please pay particular attention not to walk into the screens when they are in place and the windows are open! ACCESS General access: Guests have access to all areas of the apartment during their stay, with the exception of a couple of cupboards that are locked for the use of the staff servicing the apartment between guest stays; there is however plenty of cupboard space for guest use in the bedrooms and elsewhere in the apartment. The one except to this free access to the full apartment is that in cases where there are only one or two guests staying the third of the three bedrooms - that has twin single beds and one extra single bed - will not be made available; for groups of three or more guests all three bedrooms are fully available during the stay.
