I’m available to help for special occasions or any reasonable amenity. Accommodations is primary for ONLY 2 Guest Permit BLIC#000024-2021 All Guests must respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property · No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well. -Maximum guest 2 -1 Vehicle Maximum The perfect place to escape and unwind in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. For HOA cathedral City have an ordinance for short term rental.( less than30days) On arrival day we would need the following -Address _Driver license Number and state _names of additional guest staying with you _rental car details can be given on arrival day _All guest are required to comply with Cathedral City noise and outdoor activity. The host was amazing as well as this place!! Location was great, pool area was perfect and I can’t say enough about the property! Would definitely stay here again without hesitation! One of the best places I have stayed at and the kindness of the hosts with snacks, cups/plates, amenities and pure kindness was top notch!

The property is the perfect spot for those looking for a 'mini' apartment/room in the area. The place has all the amenities you would need. Also, the hospitality of the owners is top-notch. The property is very clean, new, and very comfortable. I had a good sleep after a long night shift at work! Highly recommended!!

We needed one night ahead of staying closer to Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas open. This is a great little suite in a new neighborhood with a lot of thoughtful touches for travelers. We'll likely stay here again!

Property is better than described. Beautiful space with ALL.YOU NEED. COFFEE, TEA, JUICE, SNACKS, NICROWAVE, TOASTER, COMPACT REFRIG, For those that forget toiletries, those are available also. Access to the pool and fitness center which is 100.ft.from.property.

Roscio and Manuel have an amazing listing! Everything was perfect. The convenience of checking in and privacy is outstanding. It started with receiving full details that were provided after the reservation, the consistent communication which I love and appreciate, down to answering questions promptly. The rental was exactly what I saw in the photos, but what they didn’t include were the goodies they had for my stay. Maybe I didn’t notice them, but if forgotten they provided complimentary soda/snacks and toiletries, etc. I was even welcomed with a personal note. It is the personal touches while traveling for work that make it so welcoming. If I am ever in that area again, I hope I would be lucky to rent this location again! Thank you for everything my fellow Northsiders woooo!

We had an amazing stay at this property and found the listing to be even better than expected! The room was sparkling clean with thoughtful touches (snacks, drinks, toiletry products) and we found it to be perfectly spacious for two people. The bed was very comfortable and we were truly able to relax. The location was ideal for us since we had a rental car and it was a short drive to all the areas we were exploring (as well as restaurants!) Having community access to the pool and hot tub was a huge plus. Roscio and Manuel were available via text and although we had no issues, we felt like they would have been available for whatever we needed. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my stay in the smaller of the two rooms that are available. Everything was immaculate and very nicely decorated. There were plenty of snacks and cold drinks in the mini frig when I arrived (even mango juice!) Roscio was a great host, answering questions beforehand and during my stay. The large heated pool and hot tub shared by the development are just down the street and were sparkling clean. She provided big fluffy pool towels so no need to bring your own. The bed was very comfortable, as were all pillows and towels. The only thing I would suggest bringing is an extension cord if you like to plug in and use your phone when in bed since the outlets are not very close. Other than that you will not be lacking for anything (even essential toiletries were provided if you forgot something). I highly recommend this property and Roscio as a VRBO host.
