Settle into the inviting open-concept living area, whip up a meal in the remodeled granite-topped kitchen, or sit out on the balcony and enjoy the crisp mountain air. You’re close to the ski lifts, shopping, and eateries, with Snowmass Village offering an exciting range of activities all year round. There’s even a shuttle stop at the end of the walkway which will take you anywhere in Snowmass or Aspen free of charge! An inviting open-concept living area is filled with light from the balcony that opens onto the lounge. A sleeper sofa and armchairs cluster around the cozy gas fireplace, with a TV to keep the group entertained. There’s a wooden dining table, or pull up one of the bar stools at the granite-topped kitchen bench and chat with the chef. If you’re on cooking duty, don’t worry - with gleaming stainless steel appliances and acres of counter space, you’ll find it more of a pleasure than a chore. If all else fails, why not take the party outside where there’s a BBQ grill and patio seating instead on the balcony? Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms so there’ll be no queuing in the morning. In the primary bedroom, you’ll find matching nightstands and a large dresser, and the bathroom has a huge walk-in tiled shower and granite-topped vanity. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids, with two twin beds (one a trundle!), a TV, and an en-suite with a tub/shower combo. Like many properties in the area, this vacation home does not have air-conditioning. This incredible location puts you right at the heart of the Snowmass action. It’s an easy walk to the ski lifts so you can spend less time traveling and more time on the slopes. Come in winter and find some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the world on Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass - all of which you can ski on the same lift ticket! Or book a summer vacation where hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, and horseback riding are at their peak. Snowmass/Aspen is renowned for its family-friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for kids and adults. The free shuttle stops outside your door to take you to the ski lifts and around Snowmass Village, including Snowmass Mall, or Base Village to explore and experience all of them. Of course, Aspen is always just a short drive or free bus ride away where you can indulge yourself in their high-end boutiques and fine dining opportunities as well as their amazing Arts scene. There is never a shortage of activities to discover between Aspen and Snowmass Village! Things to Know Between April 2023 and December 2024, the pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities will be closed for construction. This date is subject to change. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Ski shuttle details: Bus runs every 15 mins and pick up is outside the front of the building Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Our stay was perfect! The condo was warm, cozy and very clean! We truly enjoyed our stay, and the condo was very close to Snowmass base village and local restaurants so that made it an ideal choice. Communication with the host was also excellent and information was provided in a timely fashion.

This condo was great for our weekend stay with 6 people. The lift was less than 5 mins from the door and the shuttle was just down the street which was perfect. The kitchen was really well stocked and the place was very clean. The only issue we had was that there was no parking pass when we arrived.

Comfortable bed. Clean. Good location. There was no parking pass. I called twice and no one came. No instructions for check out so we did what we have done with other rentals. We left early so didn’t receive email on checking out.

We stayed here for almost two weeks and it was great! It’s in the best location for skiing and is a great size for our family or 5. The kitchen was decently stocked. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a big fry pan. It was only annoying because we stayed a long time and we’re cooking a lot. I’m sure most people go out so it’s not a big deal. It was completely perfect other than that. We also got a huge snowstorm and the view from the bedrooms of the mountains was amazing.

Overall our stay was good at this property. There was an issue with the spare bathroom when we arrived on Saturday due to a leak in the unit above us but this really wasn't much of an issue since there were only two of us. The owners did give us a small discount due to this issue. We really enjoyed our stay at Snowmass. The free shuttles to the villages were great and the weather was absolutely perfect. Would definitely visit the area again.

Two bedrooms, one with king and one with twins. The common rooms were spacious and clean. The views were lovely. The kitchen was well stocked although the pots and pans were worn. My only objection was that the porch wasn't swept when we arrived. That's a very small complaint. I would stay here again in a minute.

Location was great, accommodations are a bit dated but comfortable, suitable for 4 adults with additional trundle bed for 5. Sofa was fairly small for additional adult but child could use. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Turnkey support and maintenance was good with quick responses to issues.
