The living room, which is warmed by a gas fireplace, features a sofa and a wall-mounted smart TV; it opens to a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining room table for guests. The bedrooms are upstairs, with each offering its own en suite bathroom. The primary suite has a lofted office space with views that reach downtown and Mt. Rainier; the other bedroom has its own lofted workspace as well. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the house. This property is perfect and we are already planning to make it our regular place to stay when we are in Seattle. First, the location is perfect. You are a short drive away from everything, there are bus stops on the same block, and you are within walking distance of SO many great restaurants and markets! The garage was great, the amenities in the immaculate house were incredible and the one question we had was answered immediately and kindly by the managers. The fireplace was great! Will definitely be back!

We had a nice stay between Christmas and New Years, four humans and a small dog, visiting relatives in Ballard and Fremont. Very clean, well-appointed home-away-from-home. Good communication with the property manager before and after.

The unit itself was very cool, and there's air conditioning in every room. Very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We have a 4 door sedan and could just make it into the garage, (it's maneuvering into it that's the tricky part) so if you have a bigger car than that, you might want to park on the streets. Great location - we were able to walk into town within 15 minutes. Coffee and food a block or two away.

We really liked our stay at this centrally located residence in the heart of Fremont. The house was a little hard to find since it’s tucked in the back, however, it also allowed us a sense of privacy. It was close to some really nice coffee, shops, and restaurants and also a nice little market just down the road. It was a walkable distance to the zoo. It was also conveniently located in being able to reach downtown in about 20 minutes I would definitely stay at this place again

I was a little surprised to find the condo at the back of the property. To enter, you need to go down a short ramp towards the back then up just a few steps. This would not be a problem, except I have some mobility issues so it was somewhat of a challenge for me, especially as I was trying to roll my luggage. Still, I managed without too much issue. The neighborhood is quaint, the condo is near several restaurants, bars and a great grocery store, all within walking distance. There is only street parking and the streets are very narrow. The place was immaculately clean. They provided sample size toiletries in the bathrooms, starter supplies in the kitchen including your first pot of coffee. I stayed for a couple of nights and could have easily stayed longer. There were just a few issues with a lamp not working in the bedroom, the blinds were tricky to open and close. I would have preferred AC in both bedrooms. But these are just minor inconveniences. All in all, this was a really nice place for our pre-cruise stay in Seattle area. I would happily return.
