I highly recommend Frank's place. The place was clean, comfortable with lots of room and a great ocean view. I've stayed at the Villa before, but nothing compared to Frank's condo. Frank is an excellent host, thw communication was efficient and clear, and he was able to accommodate our requests for a perfect getway. I will definitely stay at Frank's place again! Thank you, Frank!

We come for fall break for a quick recharge. Condo had enough room for our family of 7 to relax without being right on top of each other. Pools on site kept the little kids busy, hot tubs for the big kids and the ocean is super convenient to get to. Frank is amazing!

The property is in an absolutely ideal location with all the amenities a young family could want: you have 4 pools and 2 hot tubs and an awesome beach. You can walk along the beach to go get ice cream with the kids after dinner too. Working with the property owner was smooth and we had great communication before and after the visit.

We could have had a terrible experience but the property manager made this the perfect stay for us. The condo was very nice but there were things that went wrong. We specifically stayed here for the pools, which were awesome for our kids, the location, which was great, and the ability to do laundry while on our vacation. The property manager told us once we got there that the dryer was not working. We would have a repairman come by the first morning to fix it. It required a part that had to be ordered so we weren't going to be able to do laundry. Frank, the property manager, then took each load out of the washer as we did it to get it dried for us. That made this the perfect stay. Thanks so much Frank!!!

The property was very well maintained even while being upgraded because of the hurricane damage. The property owner, Frank, was extremely helpful during the whole trip and readily available. The only thing we needed to bring is our clothes and the desire for fun & relaxation! My husband said We will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

Property Manager Was/Is Over the Top and bent over backwards to ensure we were Welcomed and Well Informed (southern hospitality aty it's best). The lodging and resort are great and expectation is we'll return for many years to come. As an added benefit, the on property restaurant (SPLASH BY THE SEA) is well worth the visit. Top notch cooks with great food! Recommend get there early on weekends as No Reservations and the many/many locals & visitors Flock to the Sea. Please tell them Frank Sent You..
