Built in 1879 by architect Joseph Ough - a high-water bungalow in Mansion Flats and a genuine piece of Sacramento history. Fully remodeled inside, including a brand-new bathroom, with high ceilings and generous rooms.
Bedroom 1: king bed. Bedroom 2: king bed.
Open-concept living area with a smart TV, cable and streaming, plus a large family-style dining table.
Fully equipped kitchen: granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, Keurig, toaster, knife set, and cooking basics.
Spacious backyard.
Linens and towels, central heat and AC, complimentary toiletries. Free WiFi.
Two private parking spots in the back alleyway - no hunting for street parking.

Lovely Victorian house! Beautiful high ceilings. Toiletries in bathroom, comfortable beds. Great living room for watching tv.

The night we got there someone was sitting on the front steps in the dark. Speaking of that, the front light didn't seem to work. There was an old deadbolt that wouldn't lock and the door seals very poorly so we didn't feel very safe at night. The place was beautiful inside and out. There were some spots where I could tell the cleaning crew doesn't reach up to dust, but overall was clean.
