Perdido Dunes was fully renovated following hurricane Sally with new paint, new furniture, etc!

Other things to note
Construction of our new pool and boardwalk was just completed (see pictures)! Other public beach access is a close 4 min. drive east to Gulf State Park - Alabama Point East (they also have public restrooms and a parking pass is required). Another nearby public beach is Cotton Bayou, just a few minutes East of our condo.

The check in/check out process was so easy. The condo is convenient to the beach and there was also chairs, floats, etc in the laundry room if you don’t want to purchase those items. It was also very quiet. Will definitely be coming back!

We stayed in Orange Beach at Benedikt’s property, located on the east end close to the bridge. As our first time visiting the Gulf, we really liked the condo’s location and how convenient it was for all of our activities during the week.Pros:Very cleanRight next to the beachTwo bathroomsGreat communication with the ownerWe liked the locationGood parkingCons:Right next to the main road, and the traffic noise was loudOverall, this condo was a great value and the experience was lovely. I would definitely stay again, but next time I would choose a unit on the other end of the building.
