Excellent communication with host. Immediate replies. The golf cart was great for quick trips back and forth to the beach. The house is very nice and exceptionally clean. Having three floors allowed for space and privacy for three families.The outside seating area was quite comfortable, especially in the evening. We knew the pool would not be full-size. It turned out to be much smaller than we expected, so we didnโt get to spend as much time in the pool as planned. The listing specified 2 king beds in each of the four bedrooms. I didnโt think that sounded correct so I messaged the host who confirmed that the listing is correct. There was one king bed in each of the four bedrooms.

We had a great stay overall. The house was very clean, and there were plenty of bathroom towels. The bedding was comfortable, and the closets were very spaciousโlarge enough to fit a pack and play or even a small air mattress. The kitchen was well stocked, aside from kitchen towels, which was clearly noted in the listing.We had six adults and four children under 10 in our group, and the layout worked well for us. The golf cart was a nice perk, although it was not charged upon arrival.A few things to be aware of: the listing describes the property as oceanfront/ocean view, which felt a bit misleading. You can see the ocean slightly from the front balcony, but it is not a direct or expansive view. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and you have to cross a very busy main roadThe pool is quite small, and I would recommend the owner include its dimensions in the listing. With multiple kids wanting to swim and play, it felt a bit limited. There is also a 35/day fee to heat the pool, which seemed high given the size.One other minor inconvenience was the alarm system on the back doors. The doors are somewhat difficult to open and close quickly, so the alarms went off frequently, even when button was pushed which became frustrating over time.That said, we did appreciate having laundry on both the top and bottom floors and the host was great! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few listing clarifications and small adjustments would make the experience even better.

We were quite disappointed in this rental. Given the price there was a lot left for improvement.
Issues:
1. The fire pit was inoperable.
2. The gas grill only has 1 functioning burner- barely.
3. The outside area needed attention. Rusted tent, chairs, terrible bugs and fire ants.
3. Layout. The pool is downstairs of the main common area. The ground level door opens into a bedroom.
4 Door alarms. My oldest was unable to be independent in this home at all. Very difficult to come in and out of the house. Not like usual pool safety door alarms- appeared more for energy conservation not safety.
5 The listing stated pool cleaning on Saturday, which was not done. The water was quite murky by the end of the week.
Pros:
1 The golf cart was great
2 Location. Loved the public beach access close by, restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. first time staying In the Miramer area and we loved it.
3 Prompt reply to any questions issues with resolution. Check in code, bathroom upstairs not working.
4 Views from the house. Beach, sunsets, could see Thursday nights Harbor Walk firework.
I did message the property manager upon our departure with my concerns and did not hear back. Not sure we will ever utilize this rental company again. There are so many better options in the area for the price point.
