The River Dream is a 2 floor Villa, exquisite, modern furnished and decorated. 4 beautiful, individually Master Bedrooms, with spectacular Bathrooms. One Master Bedroom is downstairs. 3 upstairs and one has 2 Queen Beds. Als Rooms with Smart TV and YouTube TV. Two Master Bedroom have their own Balcony with the unforgettable view to the Caloosahatchee. One of the highlights is the fancy Game room with a Pool table and 75 inch TV and more. Downstairs is the modern office if you should working while on vacation and also with a small Sofa Bed. High Speed internet up to 940 Mbps. The fully equipped spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, Pantry with second Fridge and a delightful Dining Place for 8 guest. Exquisite Living area with real white Leather Sofas and also 75 inch TV. Open the sliding Door, here is the gorgeous covered outdoor terrace / balcony for relaxed dining and entertaining with the stunning view over the River. The River Dream Villa is dedicated to providing you the best luxury vacation ! Surveillance devices The driveway and the entrance area are monitored with a camera for security reasons only. Areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy, are not be under surveillance. We follow Vrbo´s policy on surveillance devices at the property. PS: The house is completely fine again after the hurricane. The adjacent neighboring areas are still in a slightly worse condition. We had to cut down palm trees and shrubs, but new ones are being planted. The images are up to date. The boat lift was ordered immediately after the hurricane, but has not yet been built.

We enjoyed the property very much. The views are amazing! It lives up to the pictures and is nicely remodeled. The bathrooms are newly done and beautiful. We used the bikes in the garage. The area is nice, and it’s easy to get to restaurants and other places. The pool was great, too. Very good choice!

Of course a hurricane had hit this area recently, and I had lowered our expectations. Luckily, this house was on stilts and didn’t endure as much damage as other homes around. We weren’t entirely aware the docks were destroyed in the storm and was unfortunate to see when we arrived. We did not have WiFi the first 3 days, owners reps tried to contact service providers but nothing during the weekend.. The weather was terrible and it would have been nice to easily stream movies / shows! Otherwise, this property is fantastic and a great location to enjoy sunsets and nice breezes. Kayaks can easily be launched and the property had a couple plus some bikes. That was not advertised and was a nice bonus to see, we didn’t use them but was great they were there if needed. Smooth location to good food and drinks around, can even walk to the tiki down the street, great food and drinks!

We had a great stay at the River Dream. The four bedrooms and beautiful baths made for lots of space and privacy for 5 adults. Siegfried was very nice and accommodating.

The home is beautiful and spacious. After the hurricane in 2022, I contacted the management company. I was told that the only damage to the property was the lanai screen which would be replaced before my stay a year later. A couple of weeks before we arrived I was told that the garage also flooded. When we arrive and saw the pool, I was horrified. Half of the bottom of the pool was badly discolored and looked like a fungus. There was no screened in lanai. Parts of the exterior of the home was damaged. There was a roach problem. One of the bathrooms upstairs had water damage on the ceiling. A few showers had tile broken away near the shower door. The grout on the floor in the bathroom downstairs was very discolored in areas. The trim around the bathroom door near the floor was in poor shape. There could be more chairs/loveseats in the living room and the game room. Some shaded area around the pool would have been nice. The discription stated the beach and yacht club were near, when in fact they were closed since the hurricane. This info should have been shared with me.

The house is beautiful! We loved the rooms, decor, furnishings, beds …all very comfy! The pool table room was a big hit, as was the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location and view is spectacular! Siegfried was wonderful to deal with! I just cant say enough good things! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Our five-day stay at The River Dream was fantastic. The interior of the home is spacious and beautiful, just like the photos shown, and the view of the river was spectacular - far nicer than looking out at a little canal. The pool was heated, which was perfect for a swim during the bright orange sunsets each night. Some exterior work still needs to be finished on the property, but that is still very common across the greater Fort Myers area. It was easy to get around from this location, but we spent the majority of our time enjoying the amenities, and the peace and quiet, offered inside and on the patio of The River Dream.

Despite all the damage in Cape Coral from Hurricane Ian -- this property was in very good condition. Some damage on outside but inside was great. Seigfried was a wonderful host and always very responsive. House perfectly clean and the view was incredible. Very comfortable stay.

We had the BEST time in this house! It was beautiful and clean, great views.. easy to get around in a quiet neighborhood just down the street from a great restaurant. We had four kiddos 10 and under and they swam their hearts out. I would absolutely return here for another trip!!

Great amenities. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool table came in very handy. Perfect location. The Yacht Club beach was just down the street and the pier was a nice place to watch the sunset. The veranda and pool views are just as beautiful as the pictures show. Would definitely recommend!

This house had everything we were looking for and more! The house was immaculate and the water views spectacular. The six of us enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, then took off for shopping, beach, dining or just lazed by the pool. Bedrooms and baths were we'll equipped and very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a few beach items like chairs and a cooler, but we made do just fine. The Fish Tail Grill was a unanimous favorite and the nearby Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill was great for outdoor appetizers and drinks. We would definitely look into booking again next year!

My family and I arrived to a beautiful home on the river that was as described and seen in the photos! Amazing house that met all of our needs, and more. We loved our stay, and the management was incredibly helpful, friendly and answered every question we had in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Cape Coral!

We had 7 adults spend 6 nights at the river dream! The house was clean and absolutely perfect; all bedrooms had their own private bathroom. There was an office for the few that had to work. My husband enjoyed fishing right from the dock. We saw dolphins swim in the river, enjoyed the pool, had meals on the covered back porch . Walking distance to the beach and restaurant. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.
