Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive house for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Another luxury property brought to you by Stellar Beach Rentals! THE LOCATION Ocean Isle has so much to offer! Enjoy amazing local restaurants, kayaking, fishing, putt putt, and so much more on the island. There are also several golf courses just a short 5 minute drive from the island. Come enjoy our home away from home! PROPERTY DETAILS Beautifully remodeled home with private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), all the amenities, and only a two minute walk to the best beach access. Every aspect of this house has been thoughtfully remodeled. Fully stocked kitchen, all new linens and towels, new comfy mattresses, and decor that will make you want to relax and unwind. After a day on the beach, enjoy the screened porch, lounge by the salt water pool, or read a book on one of the many decks. The top deck is the perfect place to watch the beautiful OIB sunrises and sunsets. You will find everything from beach chairs (6 included), umbrellas, beach toys, and pool floats to enjoy. The house can sleep up to 12 with 10 being most comfortable. It has four bedrooms, two sleeper sofas, 2 full baths, and an outdoor shower and half bath by the pool. Additionally, to make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a charcoal grill for all of your barbecuing needs. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS Ground Level: Half Bath First Floor Room 1: Queen Room 2: Queen Bathroom 1: Tub & Shower Combo Second Floor Room 3: Bunk – Twin over Full Room 4: King Bathroom 2: Shower Loft: Queen sleeper sofa IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Pool heating is an additional $50 per night with a 3-night minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th. Pets are not permitted at this property. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach property. This property does not include an Elevator. Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. Super property and perfect for our 5 adults and 3 kids. Lots of pool toys, clean pool, very clean house interior. Very well stocked kitchen, unique utensils and plenty of them. No disposal - not a problem, but a heads up. Property was well maintained, spacious and exactly as advertised. Thank you!

The house is a great distance to the beach and restaurants on the island. Clean and well-decorated with several great amenities including a pool, half bath by the pool, tv nook upstairs and multiple decks and porches. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time at the Pineapple Princess. The house was attractive, clean and everything operated perfectly. The kitchen was fabulously equipped with many sets of dishes and an array of appliances. There were games and books for our 4 & 5 year old grandchildren. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs. One thing we appreciated most was the hot shower just off the swimming pool. The shower stall provided a changing location for the grandkids and a positive finale for them after swimming in the pool or in the ocean.

We had a lovely time at the Pineapple Princess. The house was attractive, clean and everything operated perfectly. The kitchen was fabulously equipped with many sets of dishes and an array of appliances. There were games and books for our 4 & 5 year old grandchildren. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs. One thing we appreciated most was the hot shower just off the swimming pool. The shower stall provided a changing location for the grandkids and a positive finale for them after swimming in the pool or in the ocean.

Carts to wheel down items to beach, kitchen supplies, extra beach towels, beach chairs, spices, cleaning supplies and even an ice maker on counter. We kept saying all week we couldn't believe how much they had available to renters. We over packed lol. We could have basically just packed our clothes, swimsuits, and bought some groceries and been set. The only complaint we could come up with is the bathrooms aren't on suite and were a tad small-lacking counter space for all our stuff...but with just the 6 of us it was fine and was a small issue. The owners and realty company were responsive and helpful. The guys loved using the outside showers anyway! We have already discussed staying there again. Beautiful home and we had a great stay! Thanks Sarah and Justin!

Perfect Family Vacation
This was our first family vacation and we had the best time. This house was beautiful, clean, and had EVERYTHING you could possible need. We would spend our mornings playing in the wonderful pool and afternoons at the beach. The beach access is a quick walk from the house which was perfect when you have 3 little ones. We will definitely be coming back!

I've never been more impressed by a rental in my life. We couldn't find extra toilet paper in the house. I emailed Sarah and the next morning, a knock on the door, poof...toilet paper arrives. It was an amazing trip for 4 besties, and this amazing property was the cherry on top!! Thank you :)

Perfect place at OIB!
My family loved our stay at this lovely, comfortable, stylish home. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the beach access (and an awesome access with a ramp, no stairs!!) and with a view of the ocean from many points. We loved watching sunsets from the crow's nest. So many great features in the house - integral-blind windows, soft-close cabinets/drawers, plenty of good lighting, ample outdoor furniture. My kids LOVED the pool - all of the outdoor spaces are fantastic! We can't wait to come back.

The location of the property was excellent in relation to restaurants and the ocean. The pool is the perfect place to hang out on a beautiful day.
