Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive condo for $229 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo, 2nd floor unit with elevator, located in the Islander Villas on the west end of beautiful Ocean Isle Beach. Pet-friendly and only a short walk to the perfect beach. Sleeps 12 with 1 king in master, 1 queen, 2 doubles & 2 sets of single bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bath attached, with new carpet recently installed. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room with cable and WiFi included. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large covered deck with views of the waterway where you can enjoy your morning coffee as well as the gorgeous OIB sunsets. Deck has gated access for your kids’ and pet’s safety. Tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts on site, and access to the Oceanfront pool and tiki bar at The Isles Club is available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Golf carts are fine, however please note that trailers are not allowed per HOA restrictions. Sufficient parking for 4 vehicles at unit plus overflow parking located at tennis courts.

It was wonderful to be able to bring my handicapped mother along--there was room for her to maneuver and the condo was enjoyable to be in. It was great to bring the dog AND have that access for Mama--VRBO has not always been easy to determine if those types of things are available as part of the facility description. Lee made it easy by even including a photo of Samson (his pooch) by the elevator. Dead on it! That was a good selling point to include!

Everything about our stay was great. Lee was a great host, we had everything we needed at our room, and an amazing bonus… we got to take our dogs with us on our family vacay.

This beach home is lovely, clean, close to the beach and pool, and in a peaceful location on the island. My family and dog enjoyed our vacation and would rent this property again.

Mr. Lee Muncy called the hour we checked out accusing my family of “trashing the place”. When I tried to speak to him he said “you will never be able to rent from us again good luck” when I tried to speak again he hung up on me. I called back trying to speak and he started yelling at me that I don’t get to speak to him. So because I’m a female I don’t get to speak? We rented golf carts and the entire week we were there the power would trip so there was 4 days we couldn’t even charge the golf carts because it took so long for help to get there. The bathroom in the first bedroom to the left never drained but because I didn’t tell Mr. Muncy he is blaming my kids for ruining his bathtub. I think they showered in there maybe 2x because it was so annoying to be standing in dirty water. He claims we broke blinds. I have on video of what was already wrong in the house and the one he’s saying is broke. It’s on video. When we first arrived we couldn’t even find the correct house and when I called to figure it out he said yeah it happens to everyone. Maybe put better directions to get there. He might be good to older people but he is not someone I would ever recommend for young adults (30’s) to rent from. As a first time VRBO user the experience was awful. Thankfully our family owns a beach house at Ocean Isle and I won’t attempt to use it again, people were so entitled on this side of the island. If you like to chill go to the other side. The people are much friendlier.

Sometimes you just need to get away no matter what. The weather didn't cooperate but the condo fit our needs perfectly! Plenty of Room, Comfortable Furniture for some much needed rest and Easy Walk to Beach (we left our golf-cart at home because of the weather forecast.) Definitely a unit that we would rent again!! Our Labrador Ruby loved her vacay also, she gave it 5 Paws!!

The place was lovely, clean, and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the deck, and my senior dogs really appreciated the elevator (and the turtles in ponds). Definitely would love to come back.

This was our first VRBO rental. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was very well appointed! Water pressure was super! The only disappointment for me it was a long walk to the beach with stairs. Otherwise 5 stars!!

This property was fantastic! Quiet, convenient to the beach, on the calmer end of the island. The owner reached out to check in multiple times and gave advice on places to go and times to walk on the beach. I definitely will be back to stay at this condo.

The property was great! Very very clean for a condo that allows pets and lots of room for everyone. There were plenty of dishes, pots, etc. in the kitchen and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. The only drawback was it was a bit of a far walk to the beach and hard to navigate the beach wagon over the steps leading onto it. Next time I will be sure to get a golf cart to help with that situation. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to return next summer.

Great Condo Close to the Beach
We spent a week at the property and it was perfect for our family of people ranging from ages 1-72. My parents loved it so much so extended their stay by 2 days.

Lee was super responsive to my messages or calls. Short walk to beach. Not too crowded. Small shopping spots close by. Hour away from myrtle beach if you want more tourist attractions. Plenty of kitchen utensils and pans.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Lee’s place! This is our 5th year in a row staying at the Islander Villas and we love the fact that the area is dog friendly. The 4BR-4bth set up is perfect. We definitely will be coming back!

Great Birthday Trip
Our group had a great time at the beach. This property is well maintained and has everything in the Kitchen you could need. We had an issue with the dishwasher but, Lee immediately call a repairman and it was fixed before we left.

The selection process was easy. The owner was great in timely responses. Overall we slept in late got sun on the beach and had greasy family fun time at night. Even our dog holly had a great time at the house.
