Spread out in our large 4 bedroom/4 bath 1st level unit & park under the building for shade. There are only 6 units in the building, so avoid the crowded resorts & come stay in our retreat. The building has an elevator & outdoor shower. Beautifully decorated & comfortable for a relaxing vacation in a laid-back community. Ideal for family trips, girl weekends, fall & spring golf trips, & retreats. Plan a beach wedding by the ocean and have your reception at The Isles Restaurant poolside at the resort. This is a great place to make memories & build relationships. Inquire about monthly winter rentals for December, January, & February. Watch video for view of sand path to the beach from the unit. 3-4 minute walk. Situated on the west side of the island, you are a 3-4 minute walk from the ocean (2.5 blocks). Enjoy breakfast on the deck with views the ocean, watch the turtles in the pond below swim, & view the sound on the other side in serenity. Take a nap or enjoy or streaming television. Bdrm 1: 1-King Bed, TV & private bath with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, & shower. Bdrm 2: 1-Queen Bed, private bath with single vanity & tub/shower combination. (This room can be a lockout room from the rest of the unit for extra privacy). It has it's own exterior entrance as well. Bdrm 3: 2-Full Beds, private bath with single vanity & walk-in shower. Bdrm 4: 2-Full Beds, bath with single vanity & walk-in shower. (Linens can be rented, but not included standard). Chat, watch TV or a movie in the family room while others put together a puzzle & play cards at the dining table or eat snacks at the bar. Grill at the covered parking while relaxing in the hammock. Enjoy a cookout dinner on the deck. The kitchen is well-stocked & well labeled for ease of use. The floor plan promotes togetherness, but also offers private bedroom solace. A peaceful spot on the back porch is the perfect way to end your daily adventures watching the birds, turtles, and ducks. Your stay includes the Islander Resort Ocean front pool, baby pool, hot tub, & lounge chairs. Easy access to the ocean from the pool and easy parking at the pool, if you do not want to walk. There is a tiki bar & restaurant right beside the pool for a meal without leaving the ocean front. Many visitors like to rent golf carts as the main mode of transportation. Find your inner fisherman or leisurely bike the 3.5 mile island. There are baby booster seats in the closet off the family room as well as tv drawer stocked with games. We partner with a linen company that will have your beds made when you arrive-should you desire this optional service. (Linens not included). Initially A/C had a broken capacitor, but was fixed the next day. Then a guest shower was broken. Mattresses were dated. However the rest of the condo was great. Nice location for a getaway.

The condo was lovely, great location, my only complaint was that there was no information shared that the pool was closed and hot tub not in service and when I messaged the owner asking if they knew this I never got a response back. Other than that we would totally stay there again.

Overall, it’s a great unit. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms make it a great place for a family gathering. Big living room and big deck accommodate a good size get together.

We had a great time. The location was great, the condo was clean and spacious. Perfect for 8-10 people. Linen service was easy but the bath towels were small. Easy walk to beach but we drove but parking and access were easy so no issues. Only small annoyance was hearing the people above us bounce around but that wasn’t the condo owners fault. Great place!!! Would stay again

Our family of 10 visited Ocean Isle for the first time and absolutely loved it! I would recommend this vacation home to anyone. Upon arrival it was spotless, the kitchen stocked with every utensil, pot, pizza pan you could possibly need. The bedrooms and shared spaces are spacious and comfortable. We all appreciated the labels for the light switches too! Truly one of the best vacations we have ever had.

Property is great. Spacious well suited for our 8 and probably more. Proximity to public access was great. The Kitchen could have used more bowls, containers etc. It is an awesome unit however there were 2 sticking points for us. #1 the Master Bedroom closet is unavailable for use. Makes it awkward and hard to keep a tidy room felt like we were in a hotel #2 was how far the unit actually was from the common pool. All in all another good week at OIB
