I liked how the family atmosphere that was overwhelming, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great, the beds were super comfy .

Hammam and a lounge zone were awesome! We only chose this place because of it. They also have restaurant with reasonable prices in front of the hotel. We loved Khinkali there! The room was quiet. That is a very plus of having a remote one (wifi is weak tho). It was also clean. I don't know why, but they let us stay in a triple room instead of double for the same price. It was very convenient to have extra space! Located just 3min walk from the sea, which is great. Overall very nice stay for a night or two.

The weird system of paying for the rooms. You need to give them your passport for some time. They also say the terminal is not working to pay for the room (so you have to pay in cash), while there is another terminal in their restaurant that works perfectly. The curtain in the shower could have been a bit longer so that there is no puddles on the floor after the use. We had a rather remote room in their building where the wifi was very weak.

Location was very good, personal and stuff was very kind, helpfull and supportive. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We have a child that uses a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. Our room was accessible, the room was comfy and the people were so friendly.
