Situated in Depoe Bay, this lovely condo for $211 per night is a great option for your next break. Urban meets small coastal village. You can't beat the location of this modern one bedroom apartment perched above a retail location in the heart of Depoe Bay. The Spouting Horn Three condo is the perfect home base for all of your central coast activities. Your visit to the "Whale Watching Capital of the Oregon Coast" is sure to be a memorable one. There is a resident pod of grey whales which makes it's home off Depoe Bay from March through December. Visitors from everywhere come to whale watch either from the Whale Watch Center, a charter boat trip, or the many shore observation spots. Spouting Horn Three is a one bedroom apartment with a comfy King bed and separate living/dining area. Sit on the sofa, which can be made into a sleeper, and watch the ocean and the wonderful Depoe Bay views. The full kitchen has textured quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, full size gas range, microwave and refrigerator. Sit out on the glass protected deck to watch the whales and the spouting horn! Need more room? Rent Spouting Horn One, Two and Three or any combination for a larger group of up to 12 people! Depoe Bay has the smallest natural navigable harbor in the world consisting of six square acres. A huge sea wall runs the length of the downtown area which enables visitors to shop and dine always within view of the ocean. The waves run beneath lava beds and build pressure to spout water as high as 60 feet in the air. These are known as spouting horns and are particularly dramatic at times of high tide. You won't want to miss watching the extraordinary coast guard training missions in the large surf just off the sea wall. There is plenty to enjoy all within walking distance. You can stay busy for days exploring up and down the coast from this convenient location! Sleeps 4: 1 King, 1 Queen sofa sleeper. 1 Bath. Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (strictly enforced) Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3- 4 night minimum. City of Depoe Bay License #550 *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. Please contact our office with any questions. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

This is a very nice condo with breath taking views of the ocean. It is in an ideal location, right in the heart of Depoe Bay, and easy access to both Lincoln City and Newport. Wonderful accommodations and location. My wife and I will be staying here again. Thank you!

We had a weekend getaway.. this space was perfect for that. The only draw back was there is no air conditioning so the bedroom got a little stuffy. And maybe move the TV in the living space.. really uncomfortable to watch in it's current location. We enjoyed this space and will use it again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Depoe Bay! The property was well-equipped and in a fabulous location. While the street was very busy during the day, it was great for people (and whale!) watching. It quieted down in the evening and overnight and with the bedroom at the back, it was very quiet for sleeping. If we ever visit the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Ocean view was great. The 4 day stay was good but we spent most of our time in Newport and beyond. The rental was adequate but for the money there were things that needed to be maintained better. Not trying to complain to much but to help make others stay more pleasant. Shower leaked water under glass door onto floor, toilet seat loose. Sink stopper doesn’t stop, so rinseing contacts is a issue. Small items to contend with but bothersome. Washer and dryer didn’t work, nice to have known ahead of time. Scale of 1- 10 on view , location and proximity and comfort I would be give it a 7.

A couple of small things were attended to right away. Management company ‘Sweet Homes’ did well for us. Condo is cute. Heat works well.

The shower glass is not sealed at the bottom and allows water dripping down the glass onto the ledge to drain out onto the floor around the toilet. We just left a towel down there to soak up the water. The remedy is simple. Just seal the bottom of the stationary piece of glass with clear sealant and this will not happen.

The home was just as advertised and very clean. Had a great view of the water and saw lots of whale activity. The binoculars they had in the home worked great! The street outside was busier than I expected but it wasn't loud and I couldn't hear cars in the night. The location was perfect for our visit.

Great location at the north end of Depoe Bay’s tourist shops with excellent parking. Best views of the whales right from your deck. Loud Hwy 101 road noise as expected so not the location for light sleepers. Adorably decorated home built above the old surf shop. Beautiful high ceilings. Company contacts you outside of VRBO app, asking for additional info (fine because it states they will). However, they ask you to do a tablet check-in duplicating all the same questions you already answered via emails upon your arrival. Listing says 4pm check in but company says 5 pm so that needs corrected on vrbo listing. 23 steps to door so not for people with difficulties with stairs. Deck safely enclosed for large dogs, but small dogs could fit under the safety glass.

Pleasant stay
Good location right off the main road with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room has been updated and had all the items needed to prepare meals. No wine opener present so you will need to bring one from home. The shower could use a water guard since water seeps through onto the floor by the toilet(we put towels on the floor prior to showering to ease the mess). Big screen tv's present(no DVD player provided). Overall a good stay and we would recommend this place!

Depoe Bay getaway
We headed the the Oregon Coast for our 40th wedding anniversary and stayed here 5 nights.
These are our observations about our stay. First, you are right on the PCH, which means a lot of road noise during the day. But, at night, it quieted down and didn't bother us at all. Being right across from the bay, within 5 minutes of arriving, we started seeing whales, and saw them almost nonstop the entire length of our stay. The view of the sunsets were incredible!! We took a whale-watching tour while there, and the boat stayed right in the bay. However, being out on the water, we could hear the exhales when the whales spouted. Very cool.
The condo was very clean and well maintained. There was a pair of binoculars for use, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The bedroom did not have a closet and we had no place to hang up any clothing. However, we made it work. And, as a heads up, you have to go up a flight of stairs to the condo entrance. Not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, that may be something to consider.
The location was perfect for us - right on the bay and in the central part of the state - so it was easy to spend our days exploring either north or south of "home".
Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this place.

Perfect waterfront spot
The property couldn’t be in a better location in town and absolutely hit all of the marks we were looking for. Very clean, large deck looking at the water, large bathroom and shower, and excellent amenities. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we visit again!

Brand New Listing
This building must have been recently updated. Most everything in the listing was the way they said it would be. The only unfortunate thing was they had a kitchen to use but only 1 towel and a roll of paper towels. Now whether they did this on purpose as part of the covid response or not, it was frustrating not having a simple sponge or rag to clean up after us. I ended up using a face cloth from the bathroom. I am sure they have corrected this by now. Other than that, any other suggestions will cost you. Nice location. Had fun! Would definitely stay again. SS

The apartment itself if beautiful. Everything is new and comfortable and the decor is very homey. The location is great! Walking distance from great restaurants, cafes and fun shops. The parking lot is big and private so you don’t have people who are just visiting the town taking up spaces. The best part was the view of the ocean with a private deck. We saw beautiful sunsets and enjoyed watching the fishing boats come in and our of the
Harbor. Definitely recommend!
