Although there is no pool on site this historic home in the heart of mid-town is easily accessible for events all over Tulsa, the Pavilion, Ford Truck Arena, Fair Meadows, Safari Joes H20 Water Park or any Expo events. Whether you are staying for the week, weekend, working or just want to be minutes away from downtown, our BOK center and everything Tulsa, this is the home for you. There is a fire pit and grill if you grab supplies (wood, charcoal, etc.) The driveway accommodates 3 cars and is long and wide enough for a horse trailer and truck, RV, or three mid size vehicles. Grocery Stores, Coffee Shops, Utica Square, Mother Road Market, Cherry Street, museums, Brookside and Tulsas Gathering place are all within a few minutes.

This is a great Midtown location, close to most everything you want to do. Pets are allowed (we didn't bring one), but you couldn't tell, as nothing was torn up and there is no odor whatsoever. Great front porch with a view! Everything you would reasonably need to cook at home. Host is very kind and accommodating. Would I ever come back? Yep.

We loved our stay at Kyle's property. So close to the Expo. Very clean. Easy communication, responds quickly. Modern kitchen. Will definitely stay again next year.

My daughter and I were in Tulsa for a horse show at the Expo Center. This property is so convenient, directly across the street. House was neat and very clean. We did not use the backyard or garage. Neighborhood was very quiet, and safe. Kyle was very responsive in answering questions. We had absolutely no problems.

Absolutely great stay. Had everything we needed and everything worked. Home was clean, well stocked with essentials and the owner was fantastic. Location was amazing for the expo center. We could even drive our golf cart back and forth. I will be fighting my friends for it at our next horse show in Tulsa.

We had a couple hiccups but Kyle was incredibly responsive and rectified the challenges with lightning fast speed. The house was adorable and I’m great proximity to our adventures. Less than 10 minutes from The Gathering Place and about 15 minutes from the zoo. The coffee was great and we loved the view of the golden driller statue from the oversized rocking chairs.

Great location! We booked last minute and were surprised how well placed it is. Host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. House is comfortable and a great place to come back to at the end of the day. We will definitely use again when we head to Tulsa.

Could not ask for a better experience Host was kind and what ever needed he made sure it was taken care of. I honestly say anything bad about it. House is perfect for 6 peolcan not people. Hands down will be going back to this home. Thank you again for allowing us to spend time in your home.
